Total scam! This company is Chinese. They give you a false tracking number weeks after you've made payment! Doubt I'll ever receive my purchase. Had to raise a claim with my credit card company. Don't be fooled by this scam website

Awful, they should be banned from trading. Bought two pairs of boots. They took one month to arrive and one pair was the wrong style. Reordered, took another month and was the wrong size, now customer service are not responding.

Ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic shoes with Oldmarque on the 11th December, was quoted 5 to 7 working days for delivery, I chased the order on the 18th December and was assured by customer service they where on their way, tracker said still in China.
Shoes finally arrived on the 3rd January 2025, was happy they had arrived, upon inspection I saw they where at least 5 sizes smaller than a UK size 10, actual size was UK size 7.5 so contacted customer support, sent load photos showing difference and was astounded that they wanted £25 per item to return, even though it was their fault, was offered a 30% to keep the wrong shoes and a suggestion was to gift them to someone.
Despite at least 12 E mails they stood firm, even accused me of “threats” because I told them I would post an honest and accurate review here.
Please consider my points and draw your own conclusion, for me this is a very poor company who do not accept returns that’s why they charge £25 per item to put people off.
Overall I will never use them again, I would rather lose the 30% refund (£18.00p) and post an open and honest review so people don’t get my experience. I wish I could upload the same photos on here, its so obvious they are not worthy of being a supplier to anyone.

Utter rubbish

I’ll keep it simple and to the point… NEVER EVER purchase anything from this Mickey Mouse website.

If there is a zero star, I would give it here, they don’t deserve the one star. Please do not waste your money with this company. I bought two pairs boots, advertised as leather, they took forever to arrive directly from China only to discover they are made of cheap material, the zip on one of them popped when I was trying the boot… what a waste of my money…. Feeling angry and cheated…

They advertised Leather Chelsea Boots that would take about 5-7 days to arrive, well I ordered them on the 4th Jan 2025, they arrived 21st Jan 2025 in a bag not a box and straight away they smelt and looked like Plastic and were Plastic and not Leather as advertised, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards reporting to the Consumers Rights Act, People/Companies like this should not be allowed to trade.

Very expensive for what they are. Paid about £50 for a pair of shoes. All plastic, badly formed, looks dreadful and ultra light but not in a good way. Didn’t realise it was a Chinese company when purchased so also took a while to come.

Well after purchasing a pair of boots and a jacket and waiting a long time for it to arrive it was plan to see the the quality was not as advertised the boots were size 13 put very narrow put not leather and not well built the jacket was ment to fit xxxl more like xx all in one bag and was quoted £103.63 to return or 40 percent discount on my next purchase, I turned down there offer the only way things could be better is they stop trading and ripping people off.now trading as HD UK

Size 44 (10 1/2”) ordered. Received 14 1/2” long. £25 to send the rubbish back or £15 and keep the rubbish! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We’ve had a terrible experience with Old Marque.

The boots we received were of a terrible quality, glue visible, lightweight with cheap material. The website is inviting absolutely, however all items get shipped directly from China.

When the goods arrived (late), I m immediately contacted their customer services and was told it’s £25 to post the return so they could offer me 15% and I keep the item. Of course I declined, I sent them pictures of the quality of the boots and how they came in a thin padded envelope and no shoe box but they were not interested. Never no accountability or apology was taken for the misleading sale or the website being deceptive advertising. Their final email was an increase to 25% refund and keep the shoes and an ignorant email with the refund address.

Please, anyone who is interested in anything on this website do not purchase. I wish I read the reviews first, they are true.

I recently placed an order which I was struggling to locate when delivered. I contacted Emma at Oldmarque who could not have been more responsive and helpful. With her help we were able to locate the package (boots for my husband) really quickly and my husband is very happy with the quality of the boots. Given the service and quality of product we have received I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Just received two pairs of Chelsea Boots. As many other people have said, the advertising lies about the extremely poor quality of the shoes, especially the "premium leather", which is neither "premium", nor quality"...nor leather.

If I could have given them 0 stars I would. Wished ide have read these reviews before purchasing! Cheap and nasty quality...better buying from a market stall for a fraction of the cost and when u do request a return and refund they threaten with a £25 return fee and tell u ur better off keeping the product to avoid this cost???? What the hells that about and how do they come up with that extortionate fee on top of postage costs???? Before oldmarque answer this review with 'please contact our customer service' ...don't bother!! I spent the best part of 2 weeks worth of emailing them with no solution! They WILL NOT let u off with that £25 return fee! JOKE OF A WEBSITE!! SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN!! They're saying this problem was resolved ...IT WAS NOT RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY!! I still had to purchase these cheap boots at a well over the top price even with the very small discount to save me paying the £25 return fee. I still came worse off as the terrible boots went in the bin AND cost me money! DONT WASTE HARD EARNED MONEY!! THEYRE A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!!!

I bought a pair of boots, the quality was definitely up to what I expected from an online shop, very pleased with them and their service

Whatever you do DON’T BUY THE BERNARDO CAVALLINO CHELSEA BOOTS.😡 They are not as advertised. The so called ‘Premium Leather’ is of a fake thin leather construction and the Zip you’ll be lucky if they last a couple of months before they break or won’t work.
As for ‘Meticulous craftsmanship’ they are having a laugh. These have been made in a back street somewhere in China. Could have purchased a better par of boots from TEMU at half the price of the £44.95 I paid for these sub standard boots🤬
I’ve tried to return them as a defective boot in that they are not as advertised (false advertising) they offered me an insulting 5% refund whilst keeping the boots. I’ve asked for a full refund and due to the circumstances of my reason for the return that they should give me a full refund and pay for the postage. They will only give me a full refund if I pay for the return postage which they are asking £25. 🤬 In these circumstances, I find that absolutely disgraceful and so I’m posting this for others to take into serious consideration before you purchase anything from this company and would seriously suggest that everyone look at the return policy and have a second thoughts before you buy anything from this rip-off company.🤬😤🤬

The item ordered is nothing like the picture advertised, very poor quality and plastic looking, I ordered leather boots and what was delivered is nothing like it, when I contacted them, they are happy to return but at £25 cost, no mention as to why product not as described, feels like I have been scammed to pay and then either accept a discount immediately offered after emailing or pay to return

The shoes took over a month to get to me As they came from China . The quality is very poor. They are plastic and they look it. Nothing like advertised. I will never use this company again.

You could improve your goods description as advertised as supreme leather was faulty as marathons leather.
You did replace my jkt but sent a different
