By far the worst place I have ordered stuff from. I made a purchase about 7 weeks ago which was suppose to be for a wedding at the end of January. Despite have an average delivery time of 15 days... i am still awaiting to this day for my order and we are now heading into March. The customer services team is shocking and just send you automated apology emails which they don't mean. I felt like i was talking to a brick wall.

I would advise anyone planning on ordering or feel like they may get a good deal.... DO NOT ORDER from this place.

I hope people see this before ordering and read down the chain and see others have also been scammed. The customer service team will give an automated response as they have with every review below and nothing gets actioned. They will just say "they are priotising your delivery" and give you everything you want to hear but nothing will be actioned and you will never see that money again.

Always make sure your purchases are covered with your bank... mine was and i was lucky to get my money back... i am sure many are not so lucky.

Do not buy from this website it's a complete and utterly scam! I purchased 2 wool jumpers and only one arrived. I contacted them by email about the delivery of the items and got no response at all. Their customer service sucks.

But wait there's more!

I was surprised when one of the jumpers was delivered. But upon inspection of the jumper there were no branding labels or washing instruction labels and the sizing was off too. This website sells nothing but cheap garments that you would probably find on Shein or Alixexpress. I wouldn't be surprised if this is just another drop shipping website with all the deliveries coming from Ch*na. Absolute disgrace.

I have never wrote a bad review of a company before however, Old Money Collective have left me zero options.

After placing my order on 08/01/2025 it still hasn’t arrived by the time I am writing this review on 25/02/2025. When I contacted them about the order they confirmed that there can be delays with items and offered me a discount code however, I declined it as there is no point me having access to a discount code if items never arrive from the shop.

What is even more frustrating with this company is that they did not even bother to contact me to let me know that the item was delayed, when I kindly asked for a refund as I basically said there’s no point sending me the items as I’m going to return them as soon as they arrive because of the terrible customer service I have received they denied my request and never truly gave me a reason and said ‘Regarding the refund, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund at this time. However, if you have any concerns once the package arrives, we are here to guide you through our return process.’ This email correspondence was exchanged on 31/01/2025 and I still have not received an email confirming my item has been shipped.

On there terms and conditions, it clearly states the orders will be processed in the agreed timeframe and delays will be communicated both in my case a breach of there own rules and I am currently disputing this with the company

If you are reading this review before making a purchase please heed it and do not bother. You will never receive the items and they will just take your money and not even give you a reasonable explanation as to why you can’t have a refund. If I could give this company zero stars I would.
