Horrible service. Product has not arrived and your asking me to review you. Simply put you failed. Simple delivery or a time sensitive package has caused a problem.

We are so sorry; it's frustrating for us too. Your tracking number states your order is on the way, loaded on the delivery vehicle and the estimated delivery is today. Your order was shipped within 24 hours of being placed. We are located in Greer, SC and the free ground shipping we provide accounts for business days. There is a note stating due to carrier operating conditions your package may be delayed, however, your package took the standard amount of days for delivery relating to the shipping address. How can we make this right for you?

I came across OldSouthTrade online…
I came across OldSouthTrade online while trying to locate specific sterile needles and a syringe to use for injecting medication. I was assisted by "Tony" who made every effort to help me find what I was looking for. I purchased a box of syringes and needles but the other needle I needed wasn't carried by OldSouthTrade, so he offered to provide me with a sample of needles to see if it would suffice. I found Tony to be extremely professional and courteous with my ordering process. The products I ordered were name brand with very competitive pricing, therefore, I felt secure ordering from this company. My order and samples came in quickly and I was very happy. Tony provided exceptional customer service, when I believe it is becoming harder and harder to obtain acceptable customer service assistance these days. When I need to order again I will surely use OldSouthTrade again.
