They are not very good at refunding peoples monies when asked. Don't call the number because it just refers you back to the website so you can't talk to anyone. So if your trying to get a refund for a subscription you didn't even order, forget it.

OThe shopping and explanations/book "blurbs" are fine... You've included offers for "collections" at greatly reduced prices. That's great. BIT, the lists ho on and on...too. Much all at once!!!
And, it would be great if you offered a "personalized" collection, where people could pick and choose the book(s) they prefer, up to the same number of books in a collection, and get THEM for the discounted price...I would have done that!
