I received my items which is good but one of my items was open and I wrote and asked Olea Essence about it and haven't heard a word. I might change my opinion if they would just get back to me about it. I don't trust food items that are open when I receive it. I think most people would agree with that.

I would usually leave a positive rating for Olea and feel their products are very high quality. However my recent order was received damaged and I have tried to contact them to resolve the problem multiple times and have not received a response. This does not make me feel valued as a regular customer and leaves me with damaged merchandise.

After multiple emails I still have not…
Changing my review: I did finally receive an email back explaining what was going on behind the scenes and that was very helpful. I just received my order today and I’m very excited about it! They do have really great products and olive oil is amazing! Sounds like there were some delays due to holidays.

After multiple emails I still have not received my order. When asked about if it has shipped I just kept getting my invoice information which is not what I was asking for. It has been a month now. Disappointed since their products are great but communication could be way better! Still trying to figure out where my order is and will most likely have to dispute the charged card.
