The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. My boyfriend wanted to buy me a bag for Christmas and decided to buy a voucher first incase I wanted to choose the bag. The voucher he received said it was for €50 even though he had paid £50. How does that even happen first of all. He had a very long back and forward with customer service over email who were very unhelpful regardless of the fact that the voucher was wrong and the exchange rate means he was shortchanged (voucher worth roughly £43 pounds when he paid £50 pounds). In the end the bag has now sold out and he was so frustrated he just wanted a full refund. Especially as the whole point was to get the bag during the Black Friday sales. Then he was told no refunds on vouchers. They have still not given any solution for the issue with the voucher. And on doing some research, unlawful. Absolutely ridiculous - do not recommend.

Delivery to San Juan

Delivery to San Juan, Puerto Rico was horrible. I had to call the post office to search where was my package and why it was taking such a long time, they told me the company took the slowest service available. If that was the case I will not order anything more even though I wanted to buy other purses and accesories. Of course the shipping was mentioned as included but for the price of the bag the company shoud have chosen a fast delivery. What a shame!

Disappointed by UK high import fees

These bags look great, but I was really disappointed when I received a notification from UPS that there were £47 in import fees for UK shipping after I’d placed the order.

It’s stated in the FAQs that import fees may apply, but I do find it quite misleading that this information wasn’t more explicitly included during the checkout process.

Olend were responsive and helpful, and refunded me about a week after I’d declined the delivery, but did not reimburse the cost of delivery. So still £10 that I could have saved had the information about import fees been stated clearly!

Ölend bag is so comfortable when…

Ölend bag is so comfortable when wearing it since the soften belt and the bag itself capacity is big enough to fit in my whole day items during my yoga teaching everyday! Awesome design and so colorful, love it. Looking forward to more of your new coming products.
