Hi olex is a fraud he doesn’t send the stuff out when you have paid and doesn’t answer your inquiry’s rip me off for 130 pounds

Absolute scammer guys do not buy from him. We ordered a pair of trainers the first time and he sent them it was fine. The second time he took over £200 and didn’t send them. I raised a dispute with the bank and they asked for evidence, they counter claimed it and I nearly didn’t get my money back from them. Thank god I had screen shots on instagram to prove that they were scamming me! Avoid avoid and let’s try and get this company shut down..

Stay away. Absolute fraud. Told me he sent the trainers Royal Mail. 2 weeks late and slow in replying. Then advised Royal Mail messed up and now on way with DPD but when asked couldn’t send me any of details. In the end he then said he would meet me in person even though they were in the post?? Eventually had to go to my bank to get my refund as wouldn’t send back.

My experience with Olex uk company was extremely helpful and they had really good products on their page,I first messaged them on WhatsApp to ask questions about the trainers I wanted to purchase,they sent me videos and prices of the trainers and also sent me the tracking number which was very useful. I was happy I got £10 off my purchase,I will 100% be ordering more products from. OLEX UK and will be recommending and letting all my friends and family to visit Olex uk website. I'm looking forward for my trainers to arrive,keep up the good work 👍

OLEX best place to buy all active wear from. Been with this lad since he first started we came a long way and always had the best service, experience, prices and the best sets of clothes started from Nike but now can get berghaus, asics under armour and all the trending brands. The lad has came a long way and now even a personal mate. Always a pleasure using OLEX never ever been a dull moment with him 100% recommend, 5 stars dosent do the justice. Bought of him a few times thought he was a sound lad, but most recently sent £70 for some Nike t’s nearly a month ago not even been sent and ignoring me both on WhatsApp and Instagram. Shame

Sent me the wrong size, I returned with my own money ans they now ignoring me without replacing the item or refund.

The items arrived within good timescales however the joggers were not completely as described. We just wanted to exchange them for a different fitting style, but on every communication method (email & WhatsApp) we have been ignored time & time again. Shame as we have used previously & had a good experience but this time when we needed assistance feel completely let down by non existent customer service.

Literally has changed my whole outlook on my judgement of people. Placed an order to receive a call to say they only had 1 of the items in stock so I requested a refund and he said did I not want anything else and I said the items were part of a set so one was not good without the other. He chatted about his company and how he started and I really thought he was a genuine young man starting up. How wrong was I !!!! He never refunded me for the entire order which was never received. It took months with my bank to obtain a refund. Warning to others do not pay for anything with this buyer unless you are protected financial. Looking at other reviews I don't think he will be in business for long. Massive lesson learnt

One item was missing from my package, emailed but no answer.
Shame as first time using the website, have some good products.
