Scam no way to return. Stuck with two cheap outfits.

Those 5 star reviews you're reading, are probably the company or employees posting them! Don't believe a word of it..... the clothes are crap!

Great outfits!!!

Scam, Scam, scam!! have sent 3 emails for updates. They say they are made in CA but reading the reviews, I guess not. So disappointing. Second time this has happened. I’ll have to start ordering from companies I know.

Scam company, Items advertised as made in the USA, what we received was clothes made in China and sizes are wrong. We attempted to get a refund and they are saying we have to ship back to Dubai UAE at our expense. They have offered to refund 20% of purchase price and keep clothes that do not fit. Do not buy from them!!!!

Both outfits I received were gorgeous and good quality. One was a bit small and their customer service responded quickly and professionally with a good solution. I will definitely purchase again.

Vendor is a Scam! False advertising on Facebook. They say in Facebook ads the clothes are made in South Carolina. The clothes are made in China. Not US sizes. They do not accept returns. They do not have a phone number to dispute charges. They only have an email and try to barter with you and ask for more money to make exchanges! Buyer beware!!! Do not purchase from them or any international vendor on Facebook.

Bought 2 outfits, Neither fit tops were way smaller sizing than the pants. Wanted to return them and the offered me less than a third of what I paid.. Now no response.. Do not order from this company

This is the worst experience ever. The order took forever to get. The customer service is lacking. The outfit I bought was hideous. The shirt didn’t even match the pants. Two totally different colors of black. The material was a cheep nylon. So bad. Please beware of this company. Their customer service is poor too. No help. It’s from China I’m sure and a huge ripoff.

Horrible company. I try to return a dress they make me download all kind of a stuff with numbers on the computer. Then my computer went black and was signed out from my email. What a scammers. Don’t trust this people. Sorry they can’t send you a simple return slip. 😡

Clothes are exactly as they looked online. The material feels amazing and they are true to size.

I'd give 5 stars, however my shipment took 4 weeks. 4 emails later, I finally was told, that one piece is being delayed. I accept this, but for better customer service, which I expect spending some money with this order, I would appreciate to be notified, within an acceptable time frame. I had to write 4 emails, asking about my order, to even receive one reply back????

I ordered all new items at a smaller size. What i ordered arrived and they were not the size smaller and it wasn’t my order. They were Christmas items. I also spent over 300.00 for outfits i wanted.

Took awhile to get the order after the order was placed but love the product.

I ordered several outfits all of which did not fit. Spent over $300 and have absolutely no way to contact the company for a return. My fault for not researching Olga before I purchased. Wish there was something I could do to report this so no one else makes my mistake. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.

If I could give them a -5 I would. First of all the are in Dubai on South Carolina, second the quality of there items are horrible I bought one of the 2 pc sets that look so nice online but in actuality I have pajamas of better quality I also bought a sweater and it is so thin I have to save it for summer. I tried to use there hassle free returns, not so much they offered me $16 compensation and I can keep the $79 order. THAT I DO NOT WANT. They finally sent me a return address in Dubai but told me I have to pay postage. I have never left a review on anything before but I feel I have to warn buyers

I love the workmanship of my items. The outfit does run small so I will be ordering a larger size, I gave the smaller one away.

My wife loved it when she saw it on FB. I then had to get it for Christmas. I guess I didn't order it soon enough because it didn't come by Christmas or even New Years. I was disappointed! I received it 4 days ago and gave it to her and Merry Christmas. She loved it and it fit great!

I loved the clothes that I had ordered. I didn't not however like the amount of time it took to receive my order. The tracking number didn't work initially and then it said something different but that location remained the same for over a week.
