The customer service could be better.

The customer service could be better. I was asking the discoloration of the spoon, since I bought two sets and all of them has discoloration, sure it says online"imperfection is normal for wood pieces", but at least they could explain the situation.

A rubber duck only has 1 job!

I bought 2 rubber ducks for presents, whilst on holiday in France at the cost of around £30.
One doesn’t float and one came out of the box battered and dirty.
I contacted oli&carol to ask if they could exchange . I was advised to return to the shop in France and get a serial number but also they hilariously suggested that a duck not floating is not a fault but just an effect of pressure!
No apology, no exchange, no pride in their products. Steer well clear!
