Terrible service

Terrible service! I’ve never experienced such poor service before. They have deceived me! They made promises, and every week when I call their customer service, they promise to get back to me, but no one ever does. I’ve been dealing with issues regarding my router for the past 4 months, and I still haven’t received it, yet we’re paying for everything. This is a SCAM company!

Good until you need them!

Internet is good no complaints

But after care service bad!
Our cable came down and was lying on the street I had to fix this my self as it's been more than 2 weeks now and they still didn't come to fix this

So good first service to get you in after that your on your own!

I had a minor issue with the SIM card not showing online. The problem was fixed quickly with the support of Alexsandra from the San Pedro store and technical support.

Hello

Hello. My router is working very badly. I have called the support service many times, but they do not want to do anything. I want to replace the router, I am even ready to buy a new one myself. They refuse to do anything. The Internet works terribly.

Unreasonable Fine

I took out my contract for internet in Qtr 3, 2021 and as I work at night made numerous complaints about the service being down in the middle of the night. In september this year i paid my final bill (in advance on 21/9) and cancelled my service due to this complaint. I was asked to return the router (even though I'd been with the company for nearly 3 years) and attended their office in Fuengirola on 9 oct which was closed. I attended again once I was able (due to car key theft it took time to access router from the car) and the staff aggressively refused to receive the router and are trying to fine me Euro 140 (almost 5 months service). I am writing about the matter to Olin CEO Izzo Diaz Agustin, and recommend all others who recieve poor and rude service do so.

Scammers !

Scammers !

Avoid at all costs. They change your subscription to what they like, when you try to cancel their subscription they will not do it. They just keep on sending invoices and force you to pay. Never experienced anything like it, there are SEVERAL more good reliable internet providers out there. I dont think its even legal.

Definitely recommendable!!!

Called Olin to make use of their 1€/month offer 5 days ago. Today I'm online with 1GB fiber internet. So far I would give a 10 star review if it was possible.

- Fast reply on chat function via website
- English speaking
- Fast delivery (there have been two holidays since I called them)

... and a HUGE shoutout to Cherif, the nice technician who made the installation in only 20 minutes.

The internet service is mediocre

The internet service is mediocre. I decided to cancel the service (pay as you go) they didn’t do it and they still harassed me with calls from unknown numbers. Avoid like the plague.
The Spanish telecom regulator should look into this.

Miguel de Cervantes, Edificio Albatros V, Local 10, Nueva Andalucía, 29660 Marbella, Málaga incluyendo al representante de atención al cliente Andrea Sifontes y al equipo técnico formado por el Sr. Oleh Obukhovskyi y Dmytro Goncharov. Desde el principio, Andrea fue extremadamente útil, explicando todo con claridad y guiándome hacia el mejor plan adaptado a mis necesidades. Además, ayudó a mi amiga, quien me recomendó esta empresa, lo cual demuestra su compromiso con todos los clientes.

El equipo técnico demostró un alto nivel de profesionalismo. A pesar de la complejidad y algunos problemas inesperados durante la instalación, Oleh y Dmytro trabajaron de manera rápida y eficiente, colaborando entre ellos para resolver los desafíos y permaneciendo hasta que el trabajo estuvo completamente terminado. Lo más impresionante es que, desde el momento en que firmé el contrato hasta que estuve navegando por internet, solo pasaron 3.5 horas, lo cual me parece increíble.

I want to express how pleased I am with the exceptional service from the entire team at Olin Store in Av. Miguel de Cervantes, Edificio Albatros V, Local 10, Nueva Andalucía, 29660 Marbella, Málaga, including customer service representative Andrea Sifontes and the technical team comprised of Mr. Oleh Obukhovskyi and Dmytro Goncharov. Andrea was extremely helpful from the beginning, explaining everything clearly and guiding me to the best plan tailored to my needs. She also assisted my friend, who referred me to this company, which shows her commitment to all customers.

The technical team demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Despite the complexity and some unexpected issues during the installation, Oleh and Dmytro worked quickly and efficiently, collaborating to resolve the challenges and staying until the job was finished. The most impressive part is that from the moment I signed the contract to the time I was online, only 3.5 hours had passed, which is almost unbelievable.

I strongly feel that their supervisor and company should know what outstanding employees they have. Their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service deserve special recognition. I’m very grateful for all the effort and attention I received. Thank you so much!

Surprisingly fast

Commendation - Portan (Jorge)

Jorge Portan deserves a commendation for his outstanding customer service. Out of five calls, he was the only operator who resolved a long-standing connection issue for a second connection with Olin. I plan to file an official complaint next week regarding the service I received from the customer service department before my positive experience with Jorge.

Fantastic customer service

After a sad bad experience of having iPhone 14 stolen, we then had a fantastic experience with Olin Customer service department. I think Olivenet pedigree has followed through to Olin. Special mention for Maryana (from Call Center) who did a great job in getting a replacement SIM sent urgently to a hotel in Northern Spain we were staying in. Thank you Olin :)

Incredible good service
