I ordered products from this company and never received them. I advise you not to order from this company.

I ordered after checking to see if it was a scam and found several positive reviews. Ordered a pair of shoes and never received an email or confirmation. That was in November and no response to my emails or calls. Now there isn't anyway to contact them. Beware! I'm working with my bank to get my money back. Am writing reviews on any sites I can to warn people.

Waiting 50 days and NOT receiving my too good to be true priced sneakers nor a responsible explanation, I just got my money back with no interest and no apology. Definitely a “Buyer Beware” company!

Scam, at 5 weeks credit card charged $59.95 and merchandise never sent. I have contacted them multiple times and they continue to say delay because of the Christmas holiday. It is past Christmas and waiting five weeks charge. My card charged,merchandise never sent and they refuse to credit my account stay away from this company.

I purchased Brooke tennis shoes on 10/24. Today is 12/13.
I received a confirmation email on 10/24.
I keep checking and as of today the shoes have not been shipped.
No one answers the customer service phone when I call customer service snd no one returns my emails.

This is a fraudulent website.

Ordered shoes on 11/14/24.

After a week, contacted them and got no response.

Had to initiate an investigation because the item still hadn’t shipped as of 12/07/24.

Thankfully, my bank was able to have them reverse the payment.

Don’t buy anything from this site.

Never received product, no communication- they are FRAUD.

Ordered Altra shoes 11/13. Cannot get in touch with company. I emailed them, no answer. Watching my CC to make sure no other charges are hit. Avoid this company at all cost.

Would give negative stars if allowed. Ordered item and never received tracking or shipping information. No contact info on site or at user name. Scam site. Do not order from them.

This is a scam. They processed my payment and never shipped the product. I don't want anyone else to have this experience!

Item ordered and paid for but never received. Phone and email contact info from companies site is not valid.
Fake site with fake reviews online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Placed an order on 11/07/2024. Have not received item. In tracking, says item has not yet shipped. Have reached out to customer service 4 times with NO response. Terrible way to run a business if this really in a business!!??

I ordered shoes almost a month ago from Olipta. It never was shipped. I tried calling the company and emailed many times but never got a response. This website is a SCAM! do not order from this website unless you want nothing and your money stolen! Such a SCAM!

SCAM WEBSITE! I ordered shoes and said not shopped for 10 days. I’ve contacted them 5 times through email, phone call and their website and no response. Going to dispute this with my bank now! DO NOT USE OLIPTA!!!

Olipta never shipped my item or answered my concerns, and now can't be reached at all. Where is the oversite for these businesses.

they have cell phone listed - no one answers. they have a couple of gmails listed - no one answers. this is a scam site. My money went to someone named Hardeep Gulati.

They take your money and you will never hear from them again.
