I had a problem with my earrings and reached out to customer service. I got a response from them the next business day and they expedited me a new pair. Got it within a week. Extremely impressed with how much they care about their customers satisfaction. The earrings are the first pair that hasn’t hurt my ears. High quality surgical steel great for allergies. Amazing Customer Service
Had some issues with shipping telling me the package had arrived but was not at my door. Emailed the the company and got a very reassuring response immediately! They were so helpful and my package ended up being delivered a couple days later. The pieces I ordered are beautiful and the packaging was great! Will be ordering again:)

I bought some gifts to give as presents…
I bought some gifts to give as presents to girls in my wedding. The gifts are nice but when I tried to return it was a hassle. You must pay to return ( which I would never do again). And they have yet to credit my account or contact me when I contacted them. Would not buy from them again. Super unfortunate as the product is nice.
This is an update. I returned the item and they received on September 5 th 2023. I have not received my refund yet. It is December 11,2023.
Shady business practices at best. WHERE IS MY MONEY. Do not do business with them.
Just contacted my bank. No refund was given on November 16,2023 as stated in their rebuttal. Don’t believe them. Shame shame.

In regards to the returns, we are located in Canada but have found an awesome solution that allows US customers to return their items within the US, meaning low shipping costs and no duties! However, the downside of that is it will take some additional time for the return to be forwarded from the US to Canada.

Beautiful earrings
I recently ordered a few pairs of Olive and Piper earrings, and they are exactly what I wanted. They are elegant, classy, fun, and frame my face beautifully. Thrilled with my purchases. Moreover, the earrings are comfortable all day (have worn three out of five pairs to work), and they stay on. The earring back really does hold them in place. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of these and looking like me, but with a cute and shiny twist!

Fast shipping and beautiful items
I ordered a necklace and pair of earrings last minute before my wedding and they arrived with plenty of time. I emailed customer service when I was concerned about the delivery timing and they expedited the packaging process to get it shipped out faster for me.
