We had a logo and website designed by this company, the logo was purchased with 100% ownership rights on the original invoice. The company is now harassing our staff with multiple daily calls and text messages demanding payment of an invoice for copyright infringement of the logo that was solely designed for our unlimited use and 100% ownership. We do not recommend this company's services.

This company double drafted their fee from our business account and have led us to believe through several emails and phone conversations they will credit our account by a specific date, however they have not.

I'm disappointed. I had asked for the same logo as my draft and I didn't get what I wanted. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

The first attempt literally involved the company taking a picture from Pinterest of a LOGO creation by a child, and adapting it as an "original" logo, which it was not. The final product is more altered to appear less like the original, but remains clearly derived from the Pinterest photo. I don't know that we will use it for that reason, and am disappointed I didn't get a more original effort.

From the beginning i believe i was clear as to my specifications. it took 6 revisions to actually get what i initially requested. i even attached photos as to what i wanted. this is the second person i have used from this company and the first experience was worse. i question the people who are attempting to create logos and animations for others. i do not feel as if they possess the communication skills necessary to understand what a customer wants.

Olive animation is absolutely a fake company, they are not in the United States, they must be Indian scammers, I need my 100% money back.

Their work was acceptable but it took forever to get it done. Plus, I paid for a website that was cancelled and they never refunded my payment. I also paid $1800 for copyrights which never got done and they refused to refund that money as well. If you have tons of time to wait, and don't mind being ripped off, then use them. However, there are some great companies out there who do videos. I would NOT recommend Olive Animations

We dont like their quaity of work and customer support and they never deliver on the given deadline.

Do not even think about using this company for Explainer Video. They only want your money and then reluctantly deliver a very ordinary service. The person who working on my video was transferred halfway through the project, but no one told me. When the person refused to respond to my emails I had to call a manager to ask what was happening. They allocated another person, and then another. It was a total disaster.

My experience with Olive Animations was disappointing! Nothing was delivered in time and the quality of work was not up to my expectations. Their customer service is horrible! You cannot get in touch with them after you have made the payment! Would not recommend it at all!

They do not deliver on their promises. Delays and delays, mistakes over mistakes. Nothing moved forward we are still at the same level as months ago. While my video should have taken 45 days to be ready, as per what they have said and what's written in the contract. We are now past 4 months and we are absolutely no where.

I would like to rate Olive Animations 5/5 for number of reasons. Since, I also had good experience of working with other internationally-known brands, so I very well know the uniqueness of Olive Animations which was superbly creative and thorougly professional during the entire life of the project.

It was such an inspirational experience to work with the energetic and creative team of Olive Animations.They have literally brought life into my brand through outstanding animation. Hats off to the entire team of Olive Animations.

I'm so pleased of the result which I received from Olive Animations. As a start up we needed an awesome, catchy and inspiring animation for our company which Olive Animations did with PERFECTION.
