Amazing with custom!
We ordered my engagement ring and top wedding band custom from Olive Ave. I worked with Rachael and have over 100 emails back and forth designing my two pieces all the way down to the finest and tiniest details. The entire time, Rachael was AMAZING. She was patient and kind and made sure every minor change was accommodated. When we first started the process, my husband and I did not have a wedding date set- we were planning some time next fall, but then last minute decided to elope. My rings were already in the process of being made- and close to the final stages and I updated her of the quick and upcoming elopement. Rachael worked her magic to expedite the finishing process of my rings and offered for us to pay expedited shipping (which we happily paid for!) and managed to get my rings to me literally in the nick of time!
