Avoid at all cost.

Relatively new casino site but not very with it in terms of customers expectations. Slow payouts when I say slow I mean slow beyond unbelievable.

Quite a few depositing methods I deposited via PayPal on the 1st of Jan 2020.

Biggest mistake I ever made. Its 2020 customers expect payouts quickly that's what drives gamblers, not sites that seem to not care how quickly they get payments back to the customers.

This casino is part of a large group jumpman gaming Ltd they have numerous sites and have a UK gaming licence and an Alderny gaming licence.

Limited no of table games in fact only one blackjack game European Blackjack which is what I played.

I deposited a small amount on the 1st Jan 2020 it was £20 I just wanted to test the site. I soon found out that there was only 1 blackjack game on the site so decided to withdraw my funds which was £30.50. This is when I discovered their worth.

On initiating the withdrawal of funds my account immediately went into review status. That meant I had to be ID verified. Emailed verification documents and received a reply to proceed with my withdrawal request. All good, but not so.

Then as I attempted to withdraw the nominal sum of £30.50 a banner kept appearing on the screen blocking me from requesting the withdrawal. This continued for several attempted withdrawal requests.

I then had to email support who are only contactable by email between the hours 2pm-6pm Mon to Friday. I explained that this banner kept appearing blocking me from requesting a withdrawal.

Thankfully this issue was sorted, but I believe that I iniated the withdrawal from the 01.01.20. Not so I discovered that in fact no withdrawal request had been processed as my account during this time was under review.

So I had to again hit the withdrawal button insert the sum to be withdrawn to be knocked on the head with a pending status off 72 hrs. Yes you are reading this text right I now had to wait a further 72hrs while this withdrawal request remained in pending status.

I then had to go and read the companies terms and conditions and indeed it is there in writing all withdrawals are subject to review then a pending period off 72 hrs. Just bloody shocking.

Here's me thinking I have deposited via PayPal, its 2020 surely a new casino site would strive to get payments back to customers as quickly as possible. Not so in this case.

So now it's the 6th of January 2020 withdrawal still in pending status, it soon will move from pending in the next hour or so.

I just dont understand how a new casino site expects to get postive feedback when payments are slow, no 24 hr contact, you can only contact via email Monday to Friday 2pm-6pm. You get automated response if you email over the weekend. Truly a horrendous experience.

I urge anyone that is considering joining Olive Casino or any of its affiliated sites to think carefully. Yes join if you are rich and can wait and wait for your payment. Join if your customer expectations are to only be able to contact support during set hours and receive automated response over the weekend and yes join if you think 72hrs is acceptable pending duration in 2020.

It would be very good if someone from jumpman gaming was able to respond to this post because you in my opinion are the "worst of the worst " online casino site I have had the misfortune to join.

SHOCKING DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE.

Update 21.22pm 06.01.20

PayPal payment secured thankfully just wanna say people if you are reading my reviews there are honest I dont give bad reviews likely only when I have an horrendous experience. I will now proceed to close down all my affiliated accounts with Olive Casino. Just makes you thankful as a gambler for sites like Ladbrokes and by far the best gaming site Bettson paided within the hour if you deposit via PayPal.

My adventures with Olive Casino are over never again.
