I can't believe my friend got scammed by Olivenorma. I’m writing this review to warn others about the shady practices of this site. It's a complete scam, and I don't understand how their website is still up and running. Someone needs to investigate this further.

Olivenorma is nothing but a fake website operating out of China. They're doing what is known as dropshipping – they buy cheap products from small businesses, jack up the prices, and sell them as their own. My friend bought a Turquoise Rock Orgone Bracelet for $43.59 from them, but the same bracelet is sold for only $13.52 on Etsy! It's the exact same product. If you don't believe me, search it up for yourself because it won't let me provide any links in this review.

If you're looking to purchase something online, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don’t buy from Olivenorma, or you might end up getting scammed like my friend did. Karma will catch up with whoever is behind this website, but I just don’t want anyone else to fall for it.

I have not received my order. It says pending acceptance in the next town over from mine since Dec. 5. It is Dec 10. It does not take 5 days for mail to be delivered from the next town over.

I ordered a Moss Agate ring set, it was shipped fast and received fast; the packaging is so cute, the rings are breathtakingly beautiful & great quality and customer service is fast at responding and helpful!
I have no complaints! As soon as I received and saw my ring, I ordered a different one and I can’t wait to receive it!
My only wish is that they would specify what material the rings are made of but so far so good, the rings is still gold and there is no color change to it. I hope it stays that way! 🤞🏼

Absolutely love this company and the products they offer! The customer service support is amazing. Didn’t receive my product first go around (I don’t think it was the company’s fault- the post office stated they had a weather delay) after reaching out to the company they reshaped my item and now I can proudly wear the item. The products are great quality and sure do make a statement! Highly recommend this company for ALL your jewelry needs!

Over-priced Chinese fake items.
Initially I thought I ordered them from inside the UK(as I specifically chose this and I wrote to uk.olivenorma), but I was wrong. The items came from China. One of the items, a beautiful yellow unicorn with a clear white base, turned out to be an overweighted sticky unicorn without any white base. A black obsidian angel doesn't stand. The tree of life has a very different design from the one in the pictures. Overall,yes,the pictures look nice, but the reality is ugly and extremely expensive. And when you add the more than two weeks delivery time, the result is pure disappointment.
Avoid these company.

Excellent service had a problem but was sorted in no time with no hassle!

I purchased four items from Olivenorma, trusting their claims of genuine, high-quality products. I spent nearly £90 on what I thought were meaningful Christmas gifts for my grieving mother, who recently lost my father. After reading reviews here on Trustpilot, I became suspicious and investigated further. Sadly, the reviews are completely accurate.

The items are not authentic—they are mass-produced fakes sold on AliExpress for a fraction of the price. The "S925 sterling silver ring" I paid £26.99 for is under £3 on AliExpress and seeing reviews on here claims state the rings leave green marks on the skin. The pyramids, advertised as handcrafted and premium, are under £5 elsewhere. Olivenorma is misrepresenting their products and overcharging customers for cheap goods.

I am demanding a full refund as these items are counterfeit and misrepresented. I should not have to pay out of my own pocket to return them. I require a prepaid shipping label to send the items back once I receive them.

If you’re considering buying from this seller, don’t. They are scamming people, and I hope this review helps prevent others from falling victim to their deceptive practices. Order #ONUK2047

EDIT. After filing a paypal dispute and them saying they will only refund me if i remove this review and close the paypal dispute they will refund me, then saying Could we apply a 50% refund to you as compensation and you can keep the product with you and settle this case down? Please understand that we have high costs on shipping and products, we do not afford the shipping fee for you to return it back. We will refund you the order amount after receiving the returned package. .

Bad move that really annoyed me, so I told them absolutely not will I close the case or delete my review. I will however return the goods once they send me a prepaid shipping label at their cost for selling misleading products and not selling genuine items as stated on their website.

So I basically told them my rights and that I will escalate my complaint to the following authorities: China Consumers Association (CCA): I will file a formal complaint about your deceptive business practices. State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR): This national authority handles cases of fraud and consumer rights violations in China. National Public Complaints and Proposals Administration: This agency addresses public grievances and will be informed of your misconduct. I have already submitted a detailed complaint to PayPal, including your refusal to comply with fair return practices and your coercive attempts to suppress my honest review. I am prepared to escalate this further to UK consumer protection bodies, such as the UK International Consumer Centre, and to continue warning others about your practices on public review platforms. This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably.

Guess what, has a result they then refunded me in full via paypal - I wont take down my review because I don't want their scams affecting other people. So this is me helping other people by giving my honest review.

PS If you look on google and type Olivianorma Scammers there's forums with peoples stories.

I received my ring 💍 with fast and furious shipping. It’s stunning. 🤩 I absolutely love it 😍 it came in a gorgeous box with a velvet bag. I was looking for a grounding ring for myself and found it! 💍🔥❤️

I ordered a tree of life pyramid as a 'Blessing' gift.
It arrived in a timely manner, and well packaged, with a soft material drawstring bag, to keep it in if wished.
the resin pyramid, with tigers eye, and peridot, is very beautiful, but it is even more outstanding if it has light source shining on it, as it has some gold colouring on the surface of the tigers eye, which is reflective. A beautiful gift, and very well received.

After few emails i was refunded in full. Appreciate the fact as the item was not what wanted. I have offered to send the item back but can only do so if postage is paid by them.
In all I am able to say that they rectified the issue.

Received my order yesterday and not received any I expected so I write to them asking to tell me how to return. I was emailed that their products are high quality. I insisted that I have to return. I was then told I can have 20% discount if I keep it. Otherwise post it to China and give them tracking details!!! I have already paid postage when ordering! Why shud I pay it again?? I have emailed them that this is not how it works and to send me pre paid QR code for postage - still waiting for a reply!

I bought an obsidian gemstone ring, and it looked nothing like the picture. The gemstone was not actual obsidian but a rubbery plastic square. The gemstone popped out of the ring and was bendable. The ring itself was very cheap and bent.

This is a scam! I was very dissatisfied with a necklace (ocean wave) when it arrived. It was glaringly obvious it's not the same item on the site photo. I wish I could post a photo of what was expected and what I got instead. Never again.

Ich hatte eine 18k vergoldete Kette gekauft. Diese wurde nach nur einer Woche schwarz, trotz der empfohlenen Pflege und Schutzmaßnahmen. Weswegen ich an der Qualität und auch an dem Material und der 'Vergoldung' zweifle.
Der Anhänger ist zwar schön, weswegen ich gerne zwei Sterne vergeben würde, allerdings hätte ich auf ihn verzichtet, hätte ich gewusst wie die Kette nach so kurzer Zeit aussieht.
Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann es deswegen nicht weiterempfehlen.
Leider ein zu teurer Reinfall.

I purchased an 18k gold-plated chain, which turned black after just one week, despite following the recommended care and protection guidelines. This has led me to question both the quality and authenticity of the material and the ‘gold plating.’

While the pendant itself is attractive, warranting a two-star rating, I would have foregone the purchase had I known how the chain would appear after such a short time. I will not be ordering from this retailer again, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others.

Regrettably, this purchase was an overpriced disappointment.

Zero stars. Scam. Ignorant customer service. Rubbish products. Received my items.... took weeks. All of which are cheap rubbish you can buy for pennies off of Ali express, Shein, Temu etc. Complained to customer service and was offered a 20% refund. Unacceptable. Website also clearly states 100% money back guarantee. Liars. After I said this was Unacceptable i've been ignored. Said I'd take it further after I was suggested to untangle a necklace beyond repair as it wasn't packaged properly. These were meant to be my wedding jewellery as they were advertised as real crystals. I am now working with various people to resolved and being this website down.

ABSOLUTE SCAM.
I bought crystals and a wall mount for over 70 euros and got super cheap plastic. AVOID.

I was surprised by the length of time my order took to be delivered. I was disappointed to learn after tracking my order that the reason for this was because it came from China!
