I have purchased many times from Olive Oil Lovers, but last order was my final order. I do know that when ordering a Tin you can get minor damage, but not a can that looked like it was thrown down a flight of stairs. The package was sent double boxed and packed well, there was zero damage to either box. OOL told me it is the fault of the delivery Carrier. I informed them that there was no damage except for the Olive Oil Tin, which had to be knowingly placed in the double box in the damaged condition. OOL then gave me another lame excuse, they told me the weather can play a part in the damage. They asked for photos, I sent them, they then offered a $13 credit, I told them to keep it, I will no longer purchase from you. This was about principle not the money.

This is one of my favorite websites on the Internet. Some years I buy eight or ten Christmas presents here. I have not been disappointed with any of their olive oils, and some are absolutely sensational. I haven't had to use their customer service, and to be honest, their shipping does take a long time across country. One year some oil came later than they said, and arrived after Christmas. I was annoyed, but I got over it! Shipping heavy items like this can't be easy, so shipping issues strike me as minor given how first-rate their product is. Absolutely a five-star website.

Olive oil lovers has become a true Olive Oil trafficing with little to no customer service, if you think you're going to get a customer service agent to take a phone call so you can ask questions about oil before buying guess again. They rely solely on email which is the new snail mail. When a customer is trying to decide on a purchase they need to speak with someone at that moment not days later when customer service decides it's time to get back to you. If not for the poor customer service I would continue to buy from them. But immediate customer service with the ability to take phone calls nowadays is the most important thing.

My last order was shipped to an old address which hasn’t been used for 5 years. Notified them and received a long email stating it was my responsibility to affirm the correct address and that I should go on line and delete the old address. Guess I can’t argue with that but feel they have some responsibility to have their system load the current address and not one that has not been used for five years.

Oils are the best.The greatest quality, fast delivery and great variety I have ever encountered. Amazing selection of olive oils that cannot be found anywhere else.

I received my order of olive oil this morning that I ordered 10 days ago, when it arrived via UPS the package and the two oils inside were hot, I am very disappointed that the company would not use better isolation when sending their products to Southern California.

Good company, haven't been disappointed once. Oils are always good.

I spent 7 years in Crete. I like your Cretan Olive Oil. I look forward to specials on it in the future. I now live in the US and am drawn to the Cretan olive oil because of the taste and quality. Keep up the good work.
