DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. All the recent positive reviews are fake…..all posted on the same day around the same time!

Wish I’d read the reviews before I spent £120 with them and received the cheapest, nasty looking jackets. I ordered the same style jacket from SHEIN and it arrived in a couple of days, was only £12 and far superior quality material.

They pretend to be a London based company but your order will take weeks to arrive and then you’re told you have to return it to China if you want a refund. All at your own cost and with the risk of import duty too!

Utter scam and they should not be allowed to trade.

It is free delivery but to return anything involves posting a package to China cost me nearly £30. I am very doubtful that it will be refunded.

They advertised that my order would be dispatched on the same day as the order but it was over 10 days before it was dispatched.

When it arrived, it was very small and the material looked very poor.

Women's jacket took ages to arrive and is poor quality! Jacket was screwed up into a small ball and was creased up. No return label in package and when contacted for return I have been offered 10%,15% and 20% refund or send to China at my expense with tracking and possible import duty their end!! Supposedly UK company registered and parcel came from a business park in Hatfield!! Very disappointed with clothing and customer service..do not recommend buying from this company. Reporting to Trading Standards.

I was not completely pleased with my purchase of jeans. The material was different to what I had hoped for. I was not able to return the item but the team provided a discount which was efficiently provided.

I ordered a "Cashmere" Crewneck jumper from their website, but what arrived was a different colour and was 100% not Cashmere. It was made of a cheap plastic material. I have emailed to complain and return; they replied that they "would like to offer me a 10% refund".

This may drag on...

I ordered a raincoat size S and received an XS by mistake. They are offering me a refund of only 15% for something which is their error. The quality of the garment is awful, cheap and nasty. Absolutely disgraceful way to do business. I will take this matter further if necessary

Warning: Avoid This Company

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Despite claiming to be based in London, they are actually shipping products from China. The website is misleading, and the items I received were of very poor quality—honestly, quite disgusting.

They make it extremely difficult to get a refund, only informing you after the purchase that returns must be shipped back to China—at your expense. In my case, the return shipping cost was higher than the item’s value, making the refund process completely unfair and unreasonable.

This company appears to operate under deceptive practices, and I urge others: do not buy from this website.

Misleading Brand – "Oliver Harrison London"

Please be cautious if you're considering buying from Oliver Harrison London. Although they present themselves as a UK-based company, the items are actually shipped from a warehouse in Hong Kong.

I ordered what was advertised as a leather product, but what arrived was extremely poor quality — it looked and felt more like a plastic bag than leather. The item bore no resemblance to what was shown on the website, and the craftsmanship was well below what you'd expect at the advertised price point.

They claim to offer a 30-day return policy, but the process is made deliberately difficult:

No return slip is included in the package
You are expected to download and print your own return label
Return shipping is at your own cost, with a minimum charge of £15
Communication is poor, and customer service is unhelpful
This company appears to be intentionally misleading, using a UK-sounding name to build trust. Don’t be fooled.

Avoid Oliver Harrison London — I wouldn't want anyone else to waste their money on substandard goods.

I ordered a raincoat on line supposedly reduced to £49.00 I waited a few weeks for delivery and wrote and complained I finally received a jacket via Amazon it was nothing like I ordered. I am surprised that Amazon allow this company to use them,it's not good for their reputation.
There does not seem any way to return the jacket via Amazon. I have been offered a 10% reduction by the rogue firm trading as Oliver Harrison which I refused I have asked for full refund.
Do not purchase from this company they are untrustworthy .

They advertise as a UK company but items are shipped from a warehouse in Hong Kong.

There is no sizing chart to compare their clothing against UK sizes (because they are pretending to be a UK based company)

The XL sized mens jacket seems to be equivalent to UK small.

They have a 30-Day Return Policy but make it difficult to action a return.
From their returns page:
*It is important to note that the return label is the customer's responsibility. Customers should download and print the return label themselves. Please ensure that you print and affix the return label correctly to the return package before returning it.

No return slip in shipment.

Customer has to pay return shipping.
There is a minimum return charge of £15

If I could give this dodgy company a minus I would. It's a scam 100%. Your lucky if anyone has actually received any ordered goods. For the most part they have no intentions of forwarding any good because basically it's a scam outfit. My question is why are they allowed to register as a company. You have to make this public knowledge through social media because not everyone investigates scammers like this on Trust Pilot. It's time to get back to shopping on the high street.

Diabolical. The quality was shockingly bad, no labels, frayed, seams coming loose. The coat was advertised as waterproof and wasn’t at all. Then they made it impossible to return it despite it being faulty. Do not buy from them, it’s a complete scam.

Terrible company to deal with , take weeks to arrive and are borrower sizes . Absolute piss take .

Off merchants

Total rip off ! Sent me a ‘leather jacket’ that wasn’t leather, badly sized and smelt horrible. It wasn’t cheap either. To return they want you to return it to China and be responsible for shipping. I am now having to go through trading standards to report. It’s not so much about the money it’s more about the complete smoke and mirrors of this company which pretends to be based in London.

The coat I received is nothing like the pic, this company is based in China not in the UK or Netherlands!!!
