I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really good experience with Oliver and Navy. I ordered a tennis chain from them and it showed up way faster than I expected it shipped from Brooklyn and still got to me in Honolulu in about four days. Most companies take forever to get anything out here so that alone was impressive.

I reached out to their customer service because I needed an exchange, and they were on top of it immediately. Every email was answered quickly and they were actually helpful and easy to work with..You can tell they’re serious about taking care of their customers.

The chain itself looks great in person and has a clean, solid feel to it. My girlfriend saw it on me and now she wants one too, so I’ll be placing another order for her soon.
Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase and the service. They definitely earned a new repeat customer.

I recently bought a tennis bracelet and a pair of diamond earrings from this jewelry store and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of both pieces is incredible, they look and feel luxurious.
