Beautiful product and excellent customer service
We made a purchase of a beautiful and very well crafted item. We needed it urgently and Oliver Roberts Jewellery made fast and efficient arrangements to ensure it was received on time. Excellent communication and customer service. Nothing was too much to ensure we were satisfied with the product and we could have it ready on time. Lovely presentation in a good quality gift box with card and envelope. Amazing attention to detail. A real pleasure to deal with the company. We will not hesitate to recommend it to others.

I use Ollie's precious metal scrap recycling service and have done for a few years now. Every time the service has been exemplary! Super fast and much cheaper than the alternatives. Ollie is also super helpful and friendly, I'd recommend him to anyone!

Great service
As a fellow jeweller, I contacted Oliver to make use of his silver scrap service. He provided clear and easy guidelines which I followed to send my different grades of scrap to him for re-processing. He also provided an up-front estimate and excellent communication throughout the process. Once the reclaimed metal was checked for purity, Ollie sent confirmation and paid the current scrap value to me promptly. Oliver's service provided the best value I was able to find, and I will happily make use of his company again.
