Great products and brilliant service. Some of the shoe sizing is a bit wayward but never a problem with returning . Refunds ca be a bit slow compared to other companies.

I've been buying OS shoes and clothing for over 15 years, the vast majority has been good quality.

Last year I purchased a mac, the stitching in the pocket came apart, so stitched it up, fair enough.

In the summer sale I got 2 polo shirts, 1 'merino wool', the other cotton. The label in the merino wool polo actually states it's 50% merino, 50% acrylic which I didn't notice till having worn it over a week later. I actually feel a bit robbed paying nearly £80 in the sale as it's not 100% merino.

The collar and neck on the cotton polo was out of proportion - around 20 inches, compared to 17-18 inches on all other branded medium sized polos, even the 'merino' one I purchased at the same time. After a bit of toing and froing over email, OS took it back as a return and gave a full refund

I’ve been a good customer for years, probably no longer.
Bought a pair of Ellerigg boots from memory a year or so ago. RRP £359 I think.
A year on the soles are useless. Rang Sweeney customer service they have no record of my purchase. I said regardless of that they are Sweeney boots so where do I send them to repair. The guy says they currently have stopped all repairs. So the boots are useless.
Wish I’d not wasted my money and the next time I’m buying quite pricey footwear it won’t be from Sweeney. And on principle I won’t buy their jeans or anything else from them again.

When buying online,generally you order your usual size.
This I did but the style was not taken into account,so the shoes were too big/loose for me.
I returned them for a replacement 1/2 size down.
Just to make sure I rang customer service at OS,spoke to Rob who reassured and confirmed the replacement shoes were on the way.
Rob,you are a great ambassador and asset to OS!
The shoes duly turned up 2 days later and fit perfectly.
Very pleased all round!
