Shoes were damaged on arrival.
No option to exchange, only return and reorder.

Excellent colour and quality good fit worried about potentially too narrow but ok. Only downside the front of the upper boot catches sometimes when walking. The upper round the ankle is a bit wide otherwise ok

Would from my experience recommend OS.

I bought a pair of shoes from Oliver Sweeney in March of this year. I have only the highest praise for the quality of the shoes. Furthermore, the service and delivery were excellent.
However, since buying the shoes I have been plagued by adverts for Oliver Sweeney from text messages to You Tube. The You Tube messages are the most intrusive. If I pause a segment, O.S. advert, start a new programme, O.S. advert, in the middle of a feature, O.S. advert. I have unsubscribed but the adverts continue. I have now got to the point were I despise the O.S. advert. I doubt if I will purchase anything from them again.

I started my Sweeney journey back in 1997 roughly when they were launching in Harvey Nicholls and I ordered a pair of black samples. Ever since, any time I want or need shoes I have never been disappointed with style or quality but last week Ridian and Sarah knocked it out of the park. I discovered a problem with my oxblood Adige shoes. Sarah suggested I send them in so they could inspect and provided a label. Ridian spoke with their local repairer and had the shoes sorted out, returned them without charge even though I expected to contribute to the cost. This is top level customer service to match the quality of the shoes.

Ridian was unbelievably professional with my problems. He solved the issue with my sandals in about 10 minutes. He is a little gem don’t let him go.

I have been buying clothing and shoes from Oliver Sweeney for as few years, first in their Covent Garden store and then online. The quality and style is excellent and I keep coming back because of this.
Once or twice I have exchanged due to a sizing issue but I have only just experienced their customer support. Wow this is just as good as their products. I called to return some shorts where a seam failed, and rang back two days later as the second pair I had bought went in the same way. The person who helped me remembered me and sorted out that return in about 30 seconds.

Brought one of their mens backpacks, thought i was buying in to a premium brand but how wrong was i, the leather came apart after a few days owning the bag. Raised the issue via email and the crap response I got back was we don't carry any of the components from Sarah. Forwarded the email to CEO no response. Don't buy their products, because their poor quality and the after care is shockingly bad.

I had raised an issue with Oliver Sweeney regarding a recent shoe purchase. Ridian emailed me back within 24 hours and we had a frank discussion on the subject via email for a few days. Recognising my frustration and acknowledging that I had been a loyal customer Ridian went the extra mile and picked up the phone to help sort things out. The correct shoes arrived within 24hours of that call and couldn’t be happier. Clear communication and a customer focused approach is key to help resolve issues such as this and Ridian showed both in abundance. As a result of his actions I will continue to support OS for many years to come.

Thank you specifically to Sarah for sorting out an issue I had with a pair of shoes and sending replacements the same day and not even waiting for me to send the other pair back!! Other brands take note! That’s how you treat customers! Like a VIP! 5 stars

High class jacket thank you. It's always a risk purchasing clothes on the internet. I have previously bought Oliver Sweeney shoes, so I was quietly confident that the clothes would be of equally high standard. I wasn't disappointed.

I have used Oliver Sweeney for shoes and boots for more years than I care to remember and recently I started buying some quality clothing from the company. My experience has been great throughout!
But the main reason for my review is a shout out to Sarah, who has just helped me with stock query etc. She has this morning reminded me what good service looks like. I believe people buy from people and people like Sarah are worth their weight in GOLD. Thank you Oliver Sweeney and more importantly Sarah for going beyond to yet further enhance my loyalty to the Oliver Sweeney brand. Thanks again
