I ordered a pair of G-star mens shorts online from olives-tree.com they were not cheap. The communication from olives-tree.com was vague and the tracking information unclear. About 3-4 weeks later I found a tiny parcel next to my dustbin (the courier on this side was Hermes and they just left it next to the dustbin) it was from China, inside was a pair of ladies sunglasses.
I did not know the brand of sunglasses but the quality seemed fake.
I contacted olives-tree their English is very basic and they said it was an accident? Maybe they meant mistake! They asked if I wanted to reorder the shorts and I said I wanted the shorts, later they responded to inform me out of stock. ( they are still advertising these shorts online) The suggestion was to maybe gift the sunglasses to someone special and a 35% discount. This is outrageous I paid £51.12 plus approximately £10 for postage) I have ordered and paid for something and they have not given it to me and cannot provide it. Since then they have suggested a higher refund the most they are offering is 50%. I would AVOID this website I do not believe they are legitimate. If they were a proper retailer like Amazon for example they would refund me 100% of the price I paid for the item including postage.
