The store was kind enough to answer my emails in english. The site is also in english (if needed) Package arrived within very few days (Europe) The board is a preset for my parents, they are very happy about it. Looks great, good deal!
One small detail - my bank refused to allow credit card payment. I am glad for the PayPall option.
