Baguette birthstone ring a bust
I bought two baguette birthstone rings for my daughters for Christmas. When I received them I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the rings so I contacted the company requesting a refund. This was denied as they claimed that being birthstones meant they were customized and did not qualify for return. As if they wouldn’t be able to resell these rings! I responded as such but they were not willing to refund me. Subsequently, I gave one of these rings to my daughter who wore it out one time only and the gem fell out never to be found.
Strongly suggest you avoid this particular ring.

Was I scammed?
Delayed delivery that I had to keep chasing. Eventually arrived. Unfortunately, the rings were a size too small. I asked to return them but that was a wasted effort. No phone contact or address, only email where my emails were never interpreted/actioned as requested. I just wanted to return 2 rings and purchase another in a larger size. Wasted effort. No complaints process. This is where I felt scammed. I would suggest NOT buying from this site.

Beware ……I ordered the paperclip chain with my initial and birthstone for my husband to give me for Christmas. If seen he would never have bought it !
On opening the presentation box I was so disappointed. The necklace was nothing like the picture on the website . The chain. Is very brassy and more like a choker. The clasp I couldn’t undo ! I instantly didn’t like it ! It looked tardy and cheap .
The customer service was good and replied to my concerns. They offered a 20% refund that I declined . I had no idea this company is in Australia! So my return cost via the PO cost me £17 !!!
Watch this space if I receive the refund .

I ordered 3 necklaces that were nice but I transposed the birthstone onto the necklaces. I went back to the company to ask if anything could be done about it to get it corrected, but was told since it was a special order there was nothing that could be done, but I was offered a credit for my inconvenience, but still have not seen any credit back to my credit card. Also, I had ordered the necklaces at the end of November they were supposed to be for Christmas, but we’re not received until after Christmas so delivery time was pretty bad but it didn’t make a difference because of the problems.

I was expecting better
I was expecting better. What I received was waiting 6 weeks for 5 items of low quality. The necklaces are so low quality the birthstone is so small I can’t even tell what color they are and they were so tangled when they arrived it took forever to untangle. The bracelet is beautiful but so small I don’t think it would fit a new born child. The earrings are about the only thing that may be wearable but they are so small too.

Delivery was delayed and I sent two emails to the support email address that was delayed. I ordered 20 days before Christmas and didn’t receive my order (split into two parts until January) so too late to gift for Christmas. The necklace I ordered for myself makes my skin itch and I’ve had to stop wearing it. I would stay away from this company.

Very small and did not…
The bracelet is very small and did not fit my wrist (my wrist is an average adult size). Nevertheless, when contacting the company, the reply was quick. I could either return it at my expense, which would have been costly, or keep the bracelet with a 20% refund. I chose the latter. Very disappointed.

I like the product but..
I like the product. I bought 3 necklaces. The issue i have is it was tangled in a bad knot and it took me forever and a day to untangle it! I suggest some type of cover or sleeve so its not tangled when its delivered.
