I Misleading Product – Low Quality and Unresponsive Customer Serviceordered a dress from Olivia Moreau
I ordered a dress from Olivia Moreau, based on attractive images and descriptions on their website. What I received was a completely different item – cheap, poorly made, and totally unrecognizable compared to what was advertised.
The material is extremely low quality, shiny and see-through. The design is completely different – the original product had no buttons, but the delivered item had a full front button line and looked more like a thin bathrobe than a dress.
To make matters worse, there are no proper tags on the item – no manufacturer label, no material composition, no care instructions – only a tiny size label ("XXL"), which raises serious concerns about product authenticity and safety.
When I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, I received no helpful response. Their "return policy" is deliberately written in a way that makes refunds almost impossible and violates basic EU consumer protection laws.
This company appears to mislead customers with fake images, delivers inferior items, and refuses legitimate refund claims.
I do not recommend buying anything from Olivia Moreau. Avoid at all costs. If you've already ordered, document everything and report them to your bank, PayPal, or the EU Consumer Protection Platform.
