Absolutely awful spent £39.99 on a jacket, very bad quality looks so cheap, seams not finished, can’t say enough how poor this item is, do not buy from this company absolute rip off!

If I could give a zero star I would! Ordered a dress for a special occasion. It took ages to arrive even though when ordering the website stated 3-5 working days! When I got a tracking notification it said asia, I tried to keep an opened mind but when I arrived I was extremely disappointed! The material was the thinest and cheapest material, dress although the style looked like the picture it was made so poorly that it looked ridiculous on, shein produce better quality than this and thats saying something! I paid £40 for something that should be no more than £5!

Awful customer service. Poor quality products which do not reflect sale images. Poor delivery time and then item damaged on arrival. Completely shocking communication and poor service since. Avoid at all costs, just not worth the stress!!

PLEASE do not buy from this company - it’s a scam. Fake rubbish from Asia and despite an easy money back guarantee there is not such thing - returns to Asia at customers own expense to return cheap tat. Same company is muse London and moly London and god knows how many others - don’t waste your money!!

Rubbish. Ordered a jacket not checking these reviews. They decided to add another jacket to the order and take another payment. Completely unauthorised. Trying to get this back through my bank as I have evidence of original order. No replies to any of my messages. When the items arrive, if they do, I'll be returning straight away but very nervous of whether I'll get any money back judging from others comments. Completely ripped off.

Original review: Expensive prices for cheap items. Ordered a coat that was half price and it looks nothing like the picture or the reviews. It is cheap and so thin it wouldn’t be worth wearing. The jumper was slightly better but again cheap and different colours in the grey wool that are not intentional, almost looks like holes. The website is built well so very misleading. Spend your money elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
Updated 16th November: after 7 emails, I have still not been able to return the items. Returns are not hassle free and the cost for me to return just grows and grows - this is not transparent on the website - cover shipping costs, customs taxes are now included. Currently offering 40% refund to keep the items - they are not worth 40% of what I paid let alone 60%! Do not buy from this company!

Like many other customers, who've been duped by a pretty well laid out website and great photos of 'their' products, I was horribly disappointed by the terribly poor quality of the item I had bought.
A jacket showing at £80, discounted to £40. A bargain, one would think. And so, I bought the jacket for my wife's birthday.
It arrived. From China. Once opened, I immediately knew it was going to be a firm "No" from the wife. The material is very cheap. Looks cheap. Feels Cheap. The zipper used on the jacket was also very cheap and you just know it would break within days.
The fit of the jacket was all wrong. Sizing is wrong. and arms so short that even a T-Rex would complain about cold elbows!
And so... I went on to look at Olivia & Oliver's Return Policy. (I don't know who Olivia and Oliver are, as the company is owned by Jack and Miranda Spencer)
I saw that their returns must be sent to their central warehouse in China. That tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about these Grifters. They've set up a website. Buying cheaply produced clothes from China and having sent out directly to their customers at a MASSIVELY inflated price. They don't even have to LOOK at your item. Let along package it and have it sent out. No storage costs for them. Nothing.
Absolutely immoral way of making a living.
I was offered to keep my product and receive a 10% refund. I said 'No thanks. Give me the return address please'. I got another reply; How about you still keep the item. use it yourself or gift to a loved one. And we'll give you 20% Refund. They did not give me the return address. I've replied again saying that the item cannot be used, due to it's poor quality and cost. The item I go is something you would expect to see at amid-week market stall or at a push, Primark. For not a penny over £15.
I don't care if I have to spend the same £40 to return it to china. I just don't want these people keeping a penny of my money.

The jacket I ordered does not resemble the one I ordered. Fake?

Do your homework before you use this site. I think the sale prices are a scam to draw people in.

Jumpers in online advertising do not bear reseblence to articles supplied. DO NOT BE FOOLED by this website. They know they supply cheaply made CHINESE MANUFACTURED CLOTHING but hide behind their "MUST RETURN TO CHINA AT CUSTOMERS COST" even though the articles are they send out are worthless. BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AT YOUR COST!!!!!!!!

At first, I was hesitant because of some mixed reviews, but my experience was genuinely great. I ordered a jacket from them, and it arrived exactly as described—high-quality, stylish, and on time. Absolute garbage. Avoid like the plague. Can’t even use the material if dress I ordered as a floor cloth or duster it’s such poor quality.

I spent £80 on two items and they are cheap and bad looking. I am liaising with them to get a refund. Depending on the outcome I will update this review. Update: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- IT IS A SCAM. After several emails insisting on asking for a refund they stopped responding. I wish ai had read the reviews before buying from this company.

Scam company, poor quality, I emailed requesting the return address and my refund nearly a week ago and delaying with back and forth and now told me the returns policy is complicated and they will offer me 20% refund DO NOT USE
