Avoid! Not received item , so I emailed and I did receive a couple of responses assuring me my item is on route.However they told me they were unable to provide a tracking number.Over a month still no item. Emailed multiple times for a refund and have been ignored.This is now being dealt with via the bank!

I have also been scammed with no response to numerous emails to both the olivia passion email address which looks like a dodgy email with incorrect spelling & the shopify email address which also looks a bit suspect having a mobile number included in the address. I have also sent a WhatsApp message to the number shown on the shopify email address.

I ordered this item on 27/11/24 & received an email advising despatched on 28/11/24 with no further updates. The tracking number on the email is different to the one on the track package link. The link shows delivered 20/12/24 at 22:16 left in enclosed porch. Firstly, who delivers at that time of night (other than Amazon sometimes) and secondly, I don't have an enclosed porch! There is a freight forwarding link on the tracking so I am just about to call them to find out if they ever received the package to deliver in the first place. I will advise shortly.

This is probably a fraudulent company. Never received my item and all emails I sent were ignored.

I never received my purchase emailed them 12 times for refund they don't answer . Traking nu they gave isn't recognised. They still owe me my refund. Disgusting customer services

Item never delivered, a friend convinced me to order and I should have checked here first 🙄

Ordered and never recieved the item although it says it was delivered.

Emailed twice with no response and doubt I will get my money back, from reading other reviews (all be it too late for myself) I hope someone can shut this shop down so no one else gets scammed

I ordered a vibration plate at the beginingvof December on their website it said it was delivered on 27th December it was not I was in all day. I've emailed several times and got no response I'm pretty fed up with the total waste of money. Don't buy from them

Ordered vibration plate thrugh shopify in November 2024. Still waiting. . Tracking number is incorrect. Tried contacting them numerous times but no response and now the email says addressee not recognised. Absolute scammers .

My order never arrived and it claims to be delivered in my safe place. I order a lot of things to my house and they never go missing. This one has.

If there was the option for 0 stars I would take it! Ordered my turbo plate on the 6th December being advised my order would be dispatched in 24/48 hours! I still have not received my order and have sent over 8 emails requesting an urgent update as to where my order is! There is no tracking info available! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

Agree with all the reviews total Chinese scum scam cam they be that desperate for money boycott sabotage the company any posts you see warm people they are scum.

Big scam it claims that I have received the parcel from the 15th December and its the 31st and i still haven't received it.I have numerously tried to contact the number and email provide but none have been responded. Would like a refund.

Scam. Ordered from there with tracking, package on 27/11 says was delivered 50 miles away.

Same as everyone on here paying £34.95 & a no show lots of emails with no answer back will try to contact my bank for a refund. Please beware.
Update people. I have been down the bank & they have refunded me the money back. If the bank cannot get in touch with these people I will keep the money.
