Olivia gems is a scam

Website makes one believe your gems will arrive in beautiful boxes. My gems and I use that term loosely as they are poor quality, arrived in plastic packet with no receipt. I agree with everyone this is a scam and I only wish I’d read the feedback. The website lures one into believing the shop is closing RUBBISH

Really disappointed in this company

Really disappointed in this company. Package is lost amazon has helped lots but they are refusing to refund and making me jump through various hoops. I would certainly not buy anything and I would recommend anyone avoid this company. I still don’t have my refund - I hope to get them the final proof and get a refund.

Olivia's Gems - SCAM - Avoid at all Cost

The goods when they were finally delivered were clearly not of the quality advertised. You could get better from Claire's accessories! Their returns policy means sending things back to China at your own cost. This is a scam..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Extremely poor quality. False advertising.

This is an absolute, utter scam. Even tho purchased from what appeared to be a genuine website, the jewellery that just arrived is cheap, fake, plastic, rubbish and not worth even a small fraction of the cost paid.
Being outwith the UK return and refund is not possible. Do not use!!

It is a SCAM!!!

It is a SCAM!!!! Be aware….

It is all a lie. You are actually purchasing plastic jewellery. I bought 4 earrings. All so cheap looking and material, never worth more than £5. The company isn’t closing down and therefore giving you extraordinary discounts for amazing jewellery. They are scamming us the consumers using AI generated videos that look so real to trick us into buying poor quality/cheap jewellery.

Cheap looking

Cheap looking , poor quality materials, probably made in China. Nowhere near close to the images of the items on their website. A total disappointment.

Ocean's Oath earrings

I bought the Ocean's Oath earrings, and it does not have the intricate design as shown in their pictures. Looks cheap and of low quality.
