Still no refund issued [or idea of when it will be done] and all I get back from Olivia's is that they are waiting to hear from the supplier.. truly shameful.. and vindictive because of the negative review.
I have just had one of the worst shopping experiences with this company and their customer services leaves much to be desired! I always assess companies on how they cope with issues versus how they operate day to day and Olivia's is pretty shocking. Ordered a mirror on the 30th of December, site stated delivery within 3/5 working days and got a delivery date of the 6th of January. On the 6th, a delivery was made only for me to realise that it was not the mirror I ordered at all. I called them within 10 minutes hoping that perhaps the van could just turn back and either a) swap with the correct item or b) at least take the incorrect one back. Neither thing happened and 48hrs later, failing to get any news and because I specifically chased them, I was told that the issue was with the supplier and they were trying to sort it out, however they displayed zero accountability for their supplier failings, even though they have had my payment since the 30th. As a customer, it should not be down to me to sort out their supply chain issues! After the 3rd communication with Olivia's, I was still none the wiser and eventually the supplier contacted my husband directly on Thursday night (8th Jan) to confirm new delivery and collection of the wrong item today, 9th of January. Surprise, surprise during the morning today, the supplier then states they cannot deliver/collect after all and after first offering the 14th of January instead, then proceeded to tell us that the 14th would not work either and they would tell us when they could return!! At this point it became quite obvious that they did not have the mirror we ordered available and were just giving us the run around. During all this time we have a massive 6f box containing an incorrect mirror stuck in our hallway. We finally lost our patience and after threatening to put the wrong mirror box outside on the street, they turned up within 1 hour to pick it up..!!! in the middle of all this Olivia, whom we ordered the mirror from and paid, are nowhere to be seen and leaving us to deal with it all. Just appallingly bad service and when we asked for the cancellation and refund, we got a message stating that they still need to wait for the supplier to confirm they are not sending a replacement before they can issue a refund.. As by this point I have zero confidence of their competence or customer service, I shall wait until Monday morning to see if there is any communication from Olivia's and if not, shall raise a dispute through my Bank, so I can get my money back. Absolutely atrocious experience and I would not go near this company again with a barge pole!! Sincerely hope others have a better experience when their process does not go to plan..

Ordered something and it was a different colour to what was shown on the website.
I explained this to customer service and they said they don't really do returns. To order a courier it would cost £24 or I would have to order a courier myself? This is not possible for me for a large item. Overall not impressed

Now resolved, broken mirror collected and a replacement was provided which I am happy with.
I received half of my order today - a mirror, it is smashed. I have tried to call the company several times and the line just gets disconnected - not sure anyone works here? I received no confirmation email when initially placing my order either. Not sure I will order from here again, I still have another item yet to arrive and I’m worried.

Having purchased a Christmas gift for someone in November ( yes unfortunately I have to spread out my Christmas shopping since August to be able to cope and not get myself into debt) I saw my cousin who wanted two mirrors from here a few days after Boxing Day. After giving them the present they realised the mirror was too big for the space I emailed as soon as I was able to. But because of the 28 return day policy, I can’t exchange or get a refund. I understand rules have to be in place but I would never purchase from here again as zero flexibility especially when buying gifts for others

From all options I found I 've chosen Olivia's because it was the best offer I found , after I went through trustpilot reviews.All was great , soI Placed my order which was easy and straightforward.
