I ordered this last year I october 24 I am still waiting for it they have taken my money .but it has never arrived will never order anything again from them sent email tried phoning no answer

Canceled my order within 20 minutes of ordering. Was told they would cancel they DID NOT. They will not pay for shipping to send back. Why would I pay shipping back to China when it would cost me as much as the item. Horrible Company & Customer Service

Ladies, Please do not confuse OLIVITA, with OLAVITA.
OLAVITA are terrible, do not use this company.
OLIVITA are genuine and are getting hammered due to confusion over the very similar names.

I ordered Olivita, but when i opened my parcel i was stunned to see a different product name, made in china. It is called PHANSTA liquid solution. Anyway, i opened one bottle , and just for the sake of it i used the product after i cleansed my face. When i woke up, my face was so dry i was scared to use it again!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE advertising OLIVITA! It’s a big scam!!

I paid $250 to buy this set. Tried to return it and it has to go to China and costs $200 in postage. This is a scam. Don’t buy this. You will be scammed.

Very u ethical company - do not purchase from this company - was thinking about purchasing but did not select submit - received an email from company $214.00 worth of product shipping to me - order shipped from CA but Customer Service is stating I need to return to China for cost of $66. This company is taking advantage of customers should be put out of business!!!

This morning I decided to try this company, firstly I ordered one bottle for £40.00 then it offered me an upgrade to 3 bottles for £59.00 which seems like a good deal. When the payment went through they have charged me for both. I have contacted the company and they said I only got the deal for 3 because I bought 1?? So I asked them to cancel the order, they said it had already been dispatched which I don't believe is true aa I only ordered it 2 hours ago. If they selling is a scam I now assume the product is also rubbish. Don't order they also tried to tie me into a subscription through another email scheme. You've been warned.

Every review on here is so True, you can send the product but it goes to a location in China without a zip code
Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It will cost the $150 to send it back or half of that. It has left my skin broke out. I am so disgusted & disappointed.

Wow!!!! What a vile disgusting company.seriously expensive products.l waited far too long for my order??? Why split in 2??? They took around over £300?!!!!! I submitted a review here thinking it was Olavita, which which I have had an appalling time trying to get reimbursement after they sent me serums after I had cancelled. Olavita is not Olivita as I have just noticed and Olivita is being hammered for Olavita's sins.

Well, you all saved me from OlAvita, so thank you. I was about to order OlAvita but thought I should do more research. Thank you OlIvita for your patience. I will look into your products. Please know when you type in Olavita, Safari brings you here.

I swear. People need to learn the difference between reading and comprehending. The person keeps replying back to all the comments and people still don't understand... STOP writing a bad review for this company! They sell omega 3... NOT BOTOX SERUM. Look for OLaVITA! This company is OLIVITA O.L.I.V.I.T.A with an I, NOT A!!! Don't just read but try to COMPREHEND the actual words people!!! I feel so bad for this company that literally hasn't even done anything.

I'm posting for different reasons. My friend was going to order the scam serum from olavita. I wanted to say that is there a way of you being able to report this to trustpilot so that all the bad reviews be issued to the company everyone is refering to.
Its annoying me how so many china based companies are scams and many fall for it. Well I hope you are able to re-identify with consumers that you are not a scam company and I want to say it is appreciated that you reply to people.

AVOID IT'S FAKE!

WARNING! Do NOT order the OLAVITA BOTOX SERUM!! This has to stop. This is a scam product! The ingredients in their serum are not what is listed on the box. I emailed them to ask the ingredients and percentage of each ingredient all I got in return was Argireline, ceramides, vitamin C and peptides. On the box however it shows in order, collagen, hyaluronic acid, ceramide, vitamin C and Botulinum toxin. They call this stated on box, a “Botox liquid solution”. I have emailed three times again asking for percentages and exact ingredients and no reply. My guess is there’s no Botox in this at all hence the no reply. If there IS any, it’s the last ingredient so maybe a drop per bottle but again, I doubt there’s any. FALSE advertising at its finest. Do NOT get sucked in. These companies must be stopped. Please spread the word. There is NO such thing as a facelift in a bottle.

I would not order this product to many neg. reviews and if people are getting scammed by them that is Wrong!!!

This company is selling products that do not work as advertised. They do not honor the 90 day money back guarantee. I am reporting them to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General, and my credit card company for fraudulent advisement.

With that said, I am not purchasing, because their refund policy is misleading on their video. The truth is once it is opened, they do not refund.
There are ways for people to test items without opening them, but most do not know how.
As for Olivita, I suggest, you contact Olavita, since they are not helping your credibility.
