Rubbish heater and I was charged for three and received one and no refund on the mistake, even after asking for it many times. Stay clear.

Ollaheaters are faulty and dangerous to operate, protruding from the power outlet to expose prongs. The support centre was unhelpful and insisted I plug them into a power board, which was contrary to the manual instructions- they were designed to only be plugged directly into a wall power socket; otherwise could cause a fire hazard. When I asked for a return NZ address, the chat person, Ulyana, told me I could only send them back to Latvia. The shipping cost is the same price as the products ($230 +). I'm still waiting for a physical Auckland return address...
Update: I'm now pleased to say that the company refunded me the full cost; still no forwarding address provided, but they told me to keep the product.

OllaHeater works better than expected as an ideal desk top hand warmer as I suffer from cold hands even with the aircon on. Not as silent as I would have liked it to be but then it a fan based heater - I just wished they had included the stand as standard and NOT as a separate transaction. I'll give it 5 stars anyway as it is better than other products I have tried and it comes with a neat remote control as well

The advertising is more honest than previous advertising for the same product, in terms of having a consistent website name.

Some post-discount prices are cheaper through youtube, and some are more expensive. The prediscount prices are also inconsistent, which is incompatible with New Zealand consumer law.

The time limit on the youtube discount is a lie; it restarts every time I refresh the page.

I have failed to find "TrustRate", which they tacitly claim as a review site, and explicitly claim as a source of other people's responses to them.

For the avoidance of doubt, I have not bought, and am expressing no opinion about, the actual product.

I like the heater, the manual controls are good to use. The freight tracking is excellent.Yeah thumbs up Olla Heater.

Item arrived in good condition. Haven\'t used it yet. As still awaiting on the heater holder to arrive.
Should mention, the heater holders, before you totally place heater order. As you finish order for the heater. Then a pop up, then mentions perhaps depending on where the powerpoint is(I.E. Behind a couch, dresser drawers etc).

Scam product with a tonne of fake reviews (including right here in trust pilot).
The old “sounds too good to be true” applies here.

they have taken the money for four of these heaters from their companion site I guess . It transfers you to it while ordering then I have not received any invoice no order info and no shipping date . They have just taken $247.12 cents for them on the special so called reduction price and nothing since. And it has been over a week now.the Payment on Visa was pending early hours of yesterday morning then they took it and that has been it ever since. I am gutted . Do not trust this company read all the trust pilot bad reviews not their fake reviews.I placed the order on last monday money taken with no correspondance yesterday the 22nd May and still heard nothing..Scam company as far as I can see.

sure puts out the heat quickly, warms a large room very quickly. Easy to use, easy to purchase!

We are now using this for the cool mornings and evenings. Perfect for the autumn and spring seasons.
Saves turning on the central heating.
This little heater gives enough heat to warm our open living area with a higher ceiling.

Well for a start, they can deliver what they promised.

Arrived quick which I was pleased about, opened up package to find the parts you plug into the power point was bent, packaging was not damaged so must have happened while being packed, any way, other than that, so far this heat is doing better than advertised, it\'s quiet, it heats the space fully corner to corner, I just need to get a battery for the remote, this heater feels like a much bigger heater than it is, it\'s so nice to buy something on line that works so well, I brought another one once on TV and I tossed it, it was useless so I took a chance on this heater. I\'d buy another one if I could afford it, for once I\'m looking forward to my power bill. You will not be disappointed. Thank you.

Item arrived in a timely manner, met my expectations, and fits nicely into my tiny working space although I would like a longer extension lead.

The product is compact. It produces wonderful heat. It is so easy to plug in with a handy remote. I LOVE IT

These little heaters are so convenient and easy to use. Ordering was simple and the products arrived quite quickly.

The unit works well. I like that it can easily be moved to different rooms/spaces. The buyer will need to purchase a battery for the remote.
