I felt well looked after on the day of looking at my vehicle and on purchase. I had an issue after sale which was my fault and Oli was extremely helpful and sorted out the issue for me. Made buying a vehicle stress free and after sale service is excellent as well. Would definitely use again.

My father recently passed away and my brother as next of kin at age 24 was left to handle the estate. This was an incredibly overwhelming task handling the sale of his van. Ollie and Theo both handled all of our issues, questions and cleaned the van back to showroom condition! My dad was a decorator so this was especially impressive!

I foolishly bought a car remotely believing Ollies description of the vehicle which turned out to be the worst car purchase I have ever made. Immediately faults started to appear and the lies started to unfold. Unless you feel you don’t have enough stress in your life avoid Ollie at all costs. He is charming but you cannot believe a word he says. Our car turned out to be dangerous and unreliable and cost me 50% of its value in repairs before I finally gave up and called time on it. I will still be paying the loan for the next 4 years but at least I wont have to spend any more on it!

Ollie was great in helping us choose the right car and giving me extra help with managing some (new to me) controls . He was happy to support me with after sales questions on his mobile at any time of day. I felt he really went above and beyond with his support. It’s good to know his garage is local and will help if I run into any problems. Highly recommended!

This man is an unscrupulous liar he knew of all the problems like the hand grips above the doors hanging off, the boot leaking, the car not being serviced and various dents and scratches including the front wing which was pointed out to him at the time which he said he would rectify at a dealer near to my home none of which he has honoured but instead expects me to take 2 days off work and pay for fuel to and from his garage so basically summing up he is totally dishonest AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS

Bought a polo 1.4 petrol from Ollie last year for my daughter. Great experience, car had a very comprehensive service history.

Quite frankly the worst car buying experience I have had. Great up until hand over on a wet morning where the car was part delivered to a train station. At first look the car seemed fine…on better inspection there were multiple deep scratches, damage on the interior and not mats as promised. They claim it wasn’t like this when it left the forecourt yet admitted the sales guy took it home for the night the day before and has since been relived of his duties from the dealership!!! (I wonder why!). On top of this no service book and sold with FSH. Communication was pretty much none existent regarding my issues, it was me constantly chasing, no responses from dealer and it really felt like they didn’t care. I did get £250 back from them but the work ended up costing me £700 to put right. Took 6 weeks to get the service book out of them! Unless you can look to car over on their forecourt and live local to deal with the issues you will have, stay well clear of this dealer.

We had an excellent experience today at the sales garage and found the staff very helpful. The staff tried to go above and beyond to assist us and we would absolutely recommend them to others looking to purchase a car.

My girlfriend was looking for a new car because her previous car broke down, even though we didn’t end up buying a car from ollie. He was super helpful and he provided the highest standard of service. I highly recommend anyone to come here that is looking for a first car or a new car. Thank you for everything Ollie.

Ollie helped me pick out a car for myself and my son who is a new driver, he knew exactly which cars would be on the lowest insurance group and my son had a great quote based on this.

I bought a vehicle off Ollie six months ago, he said it had a full service and was 100% solid. I have since had to spend £1000 on fixing it. Don't trust this guy, he will lie to you

In response to your reply:
1. You didn't give me warranty on the van
2. Trying to make me seem less credible by insinuating I haven't looked after my van, due to a bump on the side (that wasn't my doing) and therefore the mechanical work I've had done is somehow my fault - seems abit manipulative and sneaky...
3. The van drove the same from moment I bought it until the moment I had a service (which is where the faults were picked up - there was more than just the drive shaft), I'm not a mechanic nor do I have much experience in owning vehicles so my knowledge of how vehicles should drive is low, this is why it wasn't taken into shop sooner, and as I said - I took it in for a service, as good house keeping, not because I knew anything was wrong with it - nor had any indications anything had changed in driving / functioning of the van
4. Correct, you did show me paperwork of the service history, I do however find it curious that you don't have the vehicles you sell looked over at the garage where you rent a space to sell from - a very well regarded garage, with a good reputation.
It came clear soon after I bought the van that the hazard lights didnt work, was shaking on acceleration and back door lock mechanism jammed and not lockable - which when I messaged you about, you said 'have you tried the spare key'
The reason I didn't follow up with you as you have rightly pointed out is due to lack of trust - surely if you had the vehicle serviced at a trusted place then these issues along with the others that got flagged on service would have been picked up, which left me feeling that if you agreed to get it fixed, you would return to the same place that missed these things originally. So I thought what's the point ?

Fair enough, I didn't give you a second chance but I felt I'd rather sort it out with the garage I know and trust.

Ollie was a very polite, informative and young man who helped me through the whole experience and made sure it was the right car for me. MOT and service was provided along with a fair price for my part exchange!
