Bought a coat said waterproof and it was polyester will not give return label so have to pay for postage to return never again will I buy from them false advertising as for customer service there’s zero help so avoid avoid avoid

Please avoid this cawboy company. They'll lie that they dispatched your order, will not reply to your emails and messages until you open a case through PayPal. They took 6 days to dispatch my order, the order was not as described unless they all are colourblind there and as you could expect, the return address is nowhere to be found. They won't tell you where they are, there are no phone numbers. Nothing. Ghost cowboy company. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. They should be out of business and never allowed to take people's money.

I have ordered some harnesses from time to time and both me and my dog love them. Feels like really high quality material, and of course colors and patterns that are well thought of. Very pleased with shipping also (to Sweden, approx 10 days)

Been using the escapade harness for a couple of weeks, love the water repellency feature - great at the seaside no sand gets stuck! But have survived the washing machine anyway!

I came across Ollybyso about a year ago. After a lot of research I purchased from them because the collars and harnesses looked high quality and the designs coordinated with each other. I wasn’t disappointed and have been a huge fan ever since! You can tell how much thought process goes into the design and the products are stylish but functional (super important).

Amazing quality harnesses and rope leads. Waterproof and 3 clips to make it adjusts rather that an over the head harness. love all the browns and neutral colours to make them suitable for any breed/sex dog.
