Olotels.com Reviews 

I booked a room through olotels.com, received a voucher by email, and my credit card was charged. When I called the hotel directly to confirm the reservation, they had no record of my booking! DO NOT use Olotels, it is a sketchy business that can't be trusted.

The Hotel was just as expected. Room without a view but perfect location, great breakfast, clean and friendly personnel.

I booked Couples Negril in Jamaica last nite. For some reason the transaction was denied by my credit card company. I just figured that it was an unsavory site that my credit card would not deal with. I was kind of freaked out, but thought well good nothing happened since the transaction was denied. Today the security division of my credit card company called me and asked if I had indeed used my card on the olotels.com site and I told them yes but that it had been denied. They advised that I have been charged. As yet I still do not have confirmation of reservation at Couples Negril, but my credit card has been charged. Normally I get confirmation of reservation and then my card gets charged.....definitely not like this. So I am freaked out to say the least. I hope that I can give you a good report as this moves forward....as I need to book flights to go with my hotel.....

Update Nov 10/13 Well it took 2 days for Oletels to contact me and advise that they could not fulfill the rooms/rates they had advertised but that for $677.00 more they could go ahead and book me in. (Remember they had already pre-authorized the first amount on my credit card). I said no thanks please cancel everything and refund my credit card. By day 4 my credit card still had a pre-authorization to them, they advised me to forward the email to my bank to have the pre-authorization removed ......it was removed by evening of day 4. I am pleased that some clients are having good service and satisfaction with this company.....I cannot use them again...to nerve racking.

I booked a hotel stay in Malaga through olotels.com. I was a relative novice to booking accommodation in this way but was delighted with the simple, fast and efficient service. I also got a better deal with this site than others I had browsed. After booking, I had to change my dates by 1 day and again this was no problem. They emailed the revised booking details very quickly and refunded the extra day that I had originally paid for immediately. On arrival at the hotel, everything was in order and we had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely use olotels.com again.

We had a perfect 2 day stay. Whereas NYC is often so cold, loud and ugly, this hotel kept us warm and clean.

We booked a hotel in Madrid using Olotels which provided a great deal. Within minutes of the booking we received the confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel everything was as per our reservation and we were given a great room. We will use Olotels again in our future trips.

I found it thought another search engine and all the process in the shopping was fine. I used Olotels to book a hotel in Paris with was a reasonable price for what are the prices there, although it was a bit far from the centre.

Olotels lack a way to give opinions about the hotels, so I read opinions elsewhere, but it had the best price.

I'd never used Olotels.com before mainly using LateRooms for years - had tried other sites but always ended up using LateRooms
This is the first time I have been tempted elsewhere - found hotel where we wanted at an extremely good rate - all document sent quickly no problems at all. A fast, smooth easy transaction. Olotels will certainly be one of my first stops when next looking. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

Got burned with a cancelled business trip. No refund and wouldn't apply amount toward future hotel booking (even at the same hotel).

This website was simple and had great deals. I'm completely satisfied.

It is not acceptable that a reservation be not refundable, especially a couple of days before the reservation date.

I booked a hotel on 09/23/2013 and last Wednesday I had requested a cancellation( several times through phone and email) I contacted customercare@olotels.com, cancel@olotels.com, and even tried the contact us email on Olotels.com home page(which I know states YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48 hours) . I have not had one email or phone call back regarding my cancellation. I even tried to login to my account and it did not let me sign in; so I typed in my email to receive my password(several times) and no email was sent. I would like to know when I will be refunded?

Found the link to their website through Trivago listed at £92. The link let me click "book" and enter all my details. Then proceeded to tell me the room was gone (twin was showing as 4 available and double had "green" availability) and when I ran another search the room was available again, this time at £176. Look on their Facebook page and many have had trouble with hotels not having the reservation or them taking money twice from their account. Stay away!

The process was convenient and I would recommend usage of this service to others.

My hotel-reservation with Olotels went perfectly. I made the reservation for the hotel, payed by creditcard and I got my voucher for the hotel immediately via e-mail. Three weeks later I checkt in to the hotel without any problems.
I'll use Olotels.com again for sure.
