My husband and I did a 5 day Mae Hong Son Loop in January organised by Noi and guided by Ken. Noi was prompt and efficient with emails .It was easy and straightforward corresponding with her. Ken was a wonderful driver guide. He was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a great time touring Mae Hong Son , sampling local food and experiencing Thai culture. I highly recommend Olsen Tours to anyone wanting a relaxed and flexible trip to the region.

We had tree days around Pai with our guide Ken. Everything was perfect and planed with possibility to make changes on the fly. Ken was good and we had a good exchange of cultural understanding from Thai and Danish, this was for us and extra benefit from our trip.

Tour was as per planned and Noi plus driver was professional and very understanding. Our group had the best time

We are 3 old ladies of sixty’s and seventy’s. The pace of all the tours are moderate according to our ages. The guide is very flexible in following the itinerary.

Olsen Tours 2D1N Doi Inthanon hiking tour was breathtaking! Our guide, Noi was knowledgeable. The scenery was diverse and the pace was nice and easy. The highlight was the homestay accommodation, it was comfortable and the meals provided were delicious, showcasing authentic local cuisine. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking an immersive and adventurous hiking trip!

I've never felt the need to seek the company of a tour guide in my experience when planning trips, but the destinations I wanted to visit this time in Chiang Mai seemed impossible to do without an experienced agency planning the trip. I sought out Olsen Tours for my 4D3N Mae Hong Son Explorer tour and the day trip to Chiang Rai for 6 people, and right off the bat the communication was very smooth and Stuart and Noi were very helpful in giving me tips to maximize the experience.

From start to finish, P'Noi (best tour guide ever) and P'O (our driver) were punctual, friendly, patient, and kind - I cannot find any flaws in their service. We encountered some issues with some accommodations but P'Noi sorted everything out, which resolved a huge headache for me. Other than that, Mae Hong Son was such a wonderful experience and well worth the arduous journey. I'd like to think we bonded a lot over the four days we were together, and I'm grateful that P'Noi listened to our whims and gifted us the naem, garlic, peanuts and other delicious local treats!

Likewise, the trip to Chiang Rai was amazing! We were assigned P'Eimmy and P'Kong to bring us around and had such a wonderful time thanks to them. Our time together was short but P'Eimmy and P'Kong were very accommodating and flexible, P'Eimmy was extremely knowledgeable and told us a lot of interesting facts about Chiang Rai. Genuinely enjoyed their company!

Overall, I can't thank P'Noi, Stuart, P'Eimmy, P'O, and P'Kong enough for making this trip unforgettable for all of us. We just came back from Chiang Mai last night and can't stop talking about how much fun we had. I hope to see you all again next time!

Stuart and Noi were fantastic hosts, Knowledgeable patient and kind. Nothing too much trouble for them to do. Great value for money we booked 6 days 5 nights and they included all we asked for and more. Great communication. Highly recommended.

An incredible six-day tour of the Mae Hong Son loop/region with Olsen Tours - surpassed all expectations, thanks in large part to our guide and driver, Kenny.

Kenny's skillful driving ensured a smooth and safe journey, allowing us to fully appreciate the beautiful landscapes of Northern Thailand. His knowledge of Thai culture and the local area added plenty of depth to our experience, providing valuable insights and anecdotes that enhanced our understanding of the region.

A lovely moment of the tour was when Kenny took us to his home village, where his mum gave us fresh tamarind and steamed sweetcorn, and we visited his local temple where he was a monk for six years.

From the incredible scenery to the cultural experiences, every aspect of the tour was well-planned and executed - and Kenny was always prompt and on time. We had an exceptional experience arranging a customized two-day private tour of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai through Olsen Tours. The owner, Khun Noi, provided expert advice in developing an itinerary that perfectly showcased the highlights of both cities.

On day one in Chiang Mai, we visited the Maetaeng Elephant Park, Long Neck Tribe village, enjoyed a delicious lunch, and witnessed the beautiful Bua Tong Sticky Waterfall - all exceeded our expectations.

Day two included a private car transferring us from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. We stopped at the relaxing Mae Kachan Hot Springs, the intricately designed White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), and the captivating Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten). The White Temple was truly breathtaking and a must-see creation by renowned artist Khun Chalermchai Kositpipat.

In addition to Khun Noi's knowledgeable recommendations, we had the incredible fortune of having Khun Taew as our tour guide. Khun Taew is the consummate professional - her deep subject matter expertise and passion for the local culture shone through. She provided invaluable insights at each destination and an amazing cultural learning experience.

I cannot recommend Olsen Tours and Khun Taew strongly enough. The personalized service and attention to detail far surpassed any group tour. If you want to truly experience the beauty and richness of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, this is undoubtedly the best option. Thank you Khun Noi and Khun Taew for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

Incredible views, stress-free transportation, and an amazingggg tour guide (we love you Noi!) I would highly recommend this tour if you are looking to hit a lot of beauties within Doi Inthanon and don't want to hassle with figuring out the details (transportation, local guides, etc). The included lunches were delicious, we think about it everyday. Noi holds a special place in our heart, she was so sweet, very knowledgable, and an excellent photographer! All throughout the trip she would take photos of my group of 7 and it is a great way to remember the experiences without being tied to our phones. We would definitely book another tour with Olsen Tours whenever we return to Chiang Mai.

The whole thing especially our tour guide Ken he was exceptional

We had a 4 day tour with Olsen tours in Chiang Mai and Chiang Ray. Noi was the best guide. She was very professional- she always arrived on time before the tours and took care of every little detail- even tissue paper for the "happy room"(restrooms) on our way. She waz so friendly and we felt like her family She was very knowledgable and taught us a lot about Thai culture and history . Thank you, Noi, for everything.

We found Olsen Tours online and booked our private tour just a couple of days before the trip. We booked private trip and it was wonderful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and booking was very smooth and quick.

Noi was very helpful even before the trip started, she talked with us and verified what we want and gave us some good advice.
She made a wonderful itinerary for us.
On the tour itself she was lovely and made sure everything will go well.
On the car we had water and some snakes
She is a grate guide and I will defiantly recommend her to all my friends.
