Misleading website

We are a family of four who booked a tour to Pamukkale in Turkey through Oludeniztravel. The booking process and communication were relatively straightforward. However, although their website clearly states that the entrance fee to Pamukkale is included, we were informed on the bus that we would need to pay extra. This caused us considerable distress and dissatisfaction, as we had budgeted carefully for our trip. When we contacted the company about this issue, they simply apologized but did not take accountability or offer any compensation.
Their website is misleading!
