This is very poor product its a scam. They don’t stand behind their product as they claim. The refund policy is horrible. They dont know how to maintain customer base let alone grow it. Their average rating is 1.9 which is also very high when it comes to their customer service. They just make it difficult to return so people dont bother and they keep their scam money with them!!! I was not happy with my purchase. It's beneath a one star. I saw no benefit at all. I did have very weird dreams when I wore it at night so I stopped wearing it at night.
I emailed the company to get the information to return since the address was not on the website. I was told my shipment came from the warehouse in China and that is where I needed to send it. The amount it would cost me to ship it back exceeded the amount I paid for it!
I am totally dissatisfied and the return policy is not credible.
DO NOT BUY THIS RING!

I am the same as the last person. I got myself and my partner a pair and when I opened mine, clear plastic was sealed but the black box was already cut open. I now do not know the integrity or the realness of the ring i just bought. I tried contacting them but no response.

I ordered it as a gift. The inside black box has been cut open. Apparently, the ring is worn. I guess I got a returned item from another unhappy customer.

Such a horrible experience with this company. I got the ring and was really disappointed with it, it was supposedly brand new but looked tarnished and rusted. They then organised a replacement for me after taking ages to respond. The second ring took ages to come and when it came it looked just as bad as the first one, I emailed them to ask for a refund and they haven’t responded, it’s been a week. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company.

I am pretty much convinced it's a SCAM!
I wanted to buy it because of the 40% discount because I would've never payed the full price, 99.97 CAD.
Sadly, at the checkout they didn't apply the code and charged me the full price.
I immediately wrote to their service support to ask for the discount/cancelation of my order.
They never answered me even if I sent them 5 emails to ask them to cancel it.
DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

This ring is hard to adjust larger or smaller. It does not fit your finger easily. I wanted to return it as their policy states I have 30 days for a full refund. They do not disclose that it can only be returned to China. Waste of money.

Don’t even think of buying it. I slept with the ring on my finger for the first night as it’s meant to help improve your sleep and my finger hurts like hell. I have to keep ice on it. It’s a scam.

Ordered ring 2 weeks ago for a gift: no ring in the sight and no update. No way of tracking. By this stage I believe I got scammed!

since i started wearing this ring, I've noticed a big improvement in my sleep quality. I wake up feeling more rested and energized.

Scam and unresponsive customer service.

I ordered a ring. The website says the ring is adjustable but it is not. I was not able to wear it.

I contacted them for a refund in August 2024 and did not receive a reply. I filed a chargeback with my bank, showing them the deceptive product description of the ring being adjustable and my email trail with this company.

I guess the bank must have then contacted Olux, because I miraculously received a reply in mid October 2024, 2.5 months AFTER I requested for a refund, telling me to ship the ring back to China at my own expense. Oh, and the ring must be shipped back within 30 days after it was delivered.

Given that they only responded to my returns request 2.5 months after, this is not possible.

It's also a very cheaply made ring that does nothing. You are better off throwing your money away and hoping that someone in need finds it, than giving it to this company.

The ring is designed for men's fingers, if you are a woman with normal size fingers, this ring will not fit and adjusting it changes the shape and therefore does not sit properly. You are also reliable for the return charge, since the address for returns is in China, it will cost me nearly £15 to do this. A bit of scam, and their terms and conditions are ridiculous.

If I could put zero stars I would. Their product is a scam, they do accept return but you need to ship it back to China even tho the ring was sent from the US. At the end, I have to pay 20 dollars to ship it back, so it's not worth it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, SCAMMERS

This brand is a scam!! Don’t waste your time and money on them, they literally take orders and don’t even ship them. I made the mistake of trusting them simply because they had Forbes and all these magazine logos on their site - made me realize later that actually anyone can do that and doesn’t mean it’s a verified website. ITS A SCAM! Don’t buy from them
