I have reported this company to TikTok where I first found them, they have now turned off the comments section, people do not buy from this company you will regret it, I have also reported them to trading standards and the CMA

Horrendous customer service- dress was to small emailed and requested return label - same day as delivery - 2 days to respond - wanted photos of dress and packing - sent these - then another email file corrupt - sent again using iPhone - then offered an exchange - emailed disappeared - emailed again want a refund and returns label - how hard can it be ! DO NOT BUY FEOM THESE - STILL WAITING ON MY LABEL TO SEND BACK - no refund offered - basically stealing owes me over £50

The customer service team really make it hard for you to get your money back. The free returns policy is not applied with out numerous emails back and forth and I haven’t still got my refund from 3 months ago. They still haven’t sent me a returns label to send the items back to China

I saw the beautiful dresses first on TikTok, stunning in colour and a mix of materials and styles. This meant I was able to order for three generations of ladies within my family. Such variety and class. Looking forward to their arrival!

THIS IS NOT A LONDON COMPANY, the website has London all over it, it’s a Chinese rip off of Olivia Rose. My daughter ordered a dress, I told her to check it had a good return policy and be wary of ordering from China due to difficult return policies. The website is misleading, dress is not as described and unwearable. RETURN PROCESS MEANS 15 plus emails/photos then you’re told to send to China, tracked delivery at own cost (about £40) no where on the website does it say returns are to China, all you see is ‘London’ The website indicates a good return process, 30 day money back guarantee etc. it’s a waste of time. Buy from a proper company trading properly in UK who pay UK taxes.

These items are not from London, as the name suggests.

I ordered a dress which was supposed to be a maxi dress. The description, pictures and video very clearly show it as reaching the floor. When it arrived, it was barely midi. I am 5’5”, so would not expect this.

I ended up sending numerous emails trying to arrange a return. They eventually sent me the return address in China and then expected me to pay the return cost with tracking, despite them having misrepresented the item they were selling.

I am still in back and forth emails. I will refer to trading standards if required. But please, do not trust the images on this website - they are simply not what you will receive unfortunately.

This is a SCAM! The company uses what I can now see are clearly ai images and reviews to market their products. My dress looked nothing like the pictures and was awfully made and fitting. Upon requesting a return I was offered 120% store credit or a 10% refund. I said that I wanted a full refund and was told that I would need to send my items to china and have to pay for shipping, customs and tracking making me lose more than I was willing! They have no said I can have a 30% return refund and keep the dress but it is useless and I have no interest in ever using it or giving it away due to the quality. Absolute scam and terrible customer service!

Found the website on Facebook. Loved the colourful collection with a variety of styles a refreshing change. What was amazing is the size guide and size questionnaire to assist in picking the correct size to fit your body size/shape. From an individual who is height deprived, petite sizes would be the cherry on top of the cake!

I first found your website while googling "wedding guest outfits" I came across it a few weeks back and saw a dress I liked. I've ordered today because after reading the review, the quality and standard of your clothing and service sounds amazing. I will await to receive my dress. Can't wait to try it on.
