If I could rate this company 0 Stars, i absolutely would.

False advertising states they are a London based company but are actually in China. Ordered a £45 dress for a cheap looking dress to arrive which I could have gotten off SHEIN (which probably still would have been better quality?!) they are doing everything they can to avoid refunding me and I have to send the item back to China which no doubt will cost a bomb! Please do not purchase from this brand!

The website is so easy to use, and the clothes look genuinely beautiful. I had a quick question about an update on my order and the response was fast and really helpful. Brilliant service and I'm looking forward to receiving my first order.

Do not buy from these people I ordered two dresses which took over 20 days to arrive and they like nothing like the website picture. Very poor quality chiffon dresses.
Return address is void
Multiple names from customer services all conflicting information.
Waste of 74 quid.

I strongly advise others to avoid this shop. My experience suggests highly misleading and deceptive practices.
Customers are encouraged to leave positive reviews immediately after placing an order—before receiving the item—making the overall rating unreliable.
What I experienced:
No transparent delivery timeframe at checkout
After chasing my order, I was told delivery could take up to 14 working days
The item that arrived was poor quality, with fabric nothing like what was advertised
The returns policy is effectively unusable:
The item arrived without tags, yet returns require tags
You must pay return shipping yourself
There is no clear return address provided anywhere on the website
Overall, this felt like a very misleading buying experience from start to finish. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

This company is a complete HOAX. The quality is awful, false advertising, the dresses look nothing like what they show online, all made in China using cheap fabrics which they claim to be UK based, customer service is appalling. They pretty much won’t allow you to return anything and have an undisclosed, punitive returns policy. The positive reviews are fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolute scam, do not buy from here. They send dresses from shein instead of the dress you’ve ordered. DO NOT BUY

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, herendous quality looks nothing like what’s advertised, fight like anything to get your money back which I finally managed 50% (better than nothing) I can’t explain how bad! Refused to give me full refund but they said order anything else to same value and will ship free of charge, makes no sense, the dress was cheap nasty and was completely ripped off!! I wish I had read reviews before, SCAM awful company should be shut down!!!

This company claims to be based in London, but the items are actually shipped from China and delivery took over 14 days. Returning items is almost impossible because the return cost was quoted at around £35 — more than the dresses were worth.
The dresses I received looked nothing like the photos on the website. The material was extremely thin, flimsy, and poorly made, with some items not even properly finished.
Customer service was appalling and completely unhelpful throughout the process. It feels like this company only cares about taking people’s money with no concern for product quality or customer satisfaction.
I would strongly advise others to stay clear and avoid wasting your money.

Had to vote one star as I couldnt give zero.
Awful company, if you could even call it that!! I bought a dress for my graduation, when it arrived it was worse quality than Shein.
From the reviews I don't think I'm even going to attempt to return the dress.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I bought 4 dresses from them and they were not suitable. It took three weeks for them to arrive. Although they say it is from London, the return is to China which costs a lot as you have to send them yourself and you have to pay insurance and any taxes due. This company is awful and do not want to refund your money. A series of email have been received from this company but they do not under any circumstances want to refund your money. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

Arrived over 3 weeks late, cheapest material. Literally Shein is better than this brand which says ALOT! Paying higher prices for worse fabric & print. It’s horrific, disappointed is such an understatement. No wonder they have their comments turned off on social media lol!

This place is an absolute scam, I ordered a dress with a criss cross back, what came was just a zip. The material was horrific and the dress was not as described, I believe they’re using AI images or using Olivia Rose Londons official branding to sell their “Olvia Rose” items. I went to return, firstly not knowing the return place is in China, but then because it is incorrect and not as described their T&Cs show they should pay for returns. I asked for this and they said no I have to pay and also pay for customs (which together is approx £20!) with no guarantee it will even get there. Instead they offered me 10% REFUND! And to keep the dress. I said no. After back and forth for about a week, me mentioning my consumer rights, showing them their OWN terms and conditions, sending pictures to prove it is wrong, I got nowhere. I threatened legal action, chargeback, but they had none of it. In the end I got a 30% refund for a £45 dress and kept the item. There was no way I was sending this back and risking losing £65! AWFUL company, scammers, and the return address was Mr Wang in some random apartment block down Pinghu Street in China. CRAZY I KNOW!!! Please just don’t make the mistake I did, awful company with no respect or decency. AVOID!

Dress was very cheap and nothing like shown on the website. It literally comes from SHEIN it looks like, same packaging etc but much more expensive. Told me I can return at my own cost to china and it would need to be tracked or i can have a 20% refund and keep it. Return was more than the dress! Don’t buy from here!
