Max Air is terrible and so is this company to deal with !
I have followed the online instructions to process a return and get a refund for their terrible product… Max Air . It was inefficient at cooling my tiny office space by even a little. They provide
a contact number that no one ever answers, and the AI processing system is a farce. They make it impossible to return their low quality products or get a refund! Do business with these charlatans at your own risk! I would give them a zero rating if the scale went that low! I lost $100 bucks thinking i would try out their product. Remember, if it’s too good to be true… it simply isn’t true. Save your money… don’t buy anything from this company!!!
