please do not trust this site, it is full of fraudsters and scammers. i had taken a fridge and washing machine, they were very old models very poorly refurbished, the washing machine is running in a poor condition, but the refrigerator gave away within a month of the purchase, moreover i and my flatmate tried to contact several times for replacement, as promised they did not give any service, their replies only last till the item is delivered and they get their money, they started to disconnect our calls and never replaced the item, please note that the seller named MISA is the not to be trusted in any condition

WARNING!! Do NOT install this app. They are 100% fraudsters and scammers. They have taken my money since April 28 and it's May 2nd today and still have not featured my Ad. Whenever I contact their support they always say "Sir your issue will be resolved ASAP". But it's been 4 days, they might have been doing this to thousands of more people and might have accumulated millions of black unearned money through this. I'd advise PTA and FIA cybercrime to take their app and service down.

careless and fraud company i ever seen.. just created account and start browsing and after 5 minutes i got screen message on olx app that your account is suspended....

ticket ID 298583 is pending from 2 months. Employees want bribe to clear my security holdback amount.

Over all worst experience. I recommend please don't choose OLX for selling your old car. Un trend staff also provide Un logical prices for your old car.

Olx auto is a worst place to sell your car , they are liers what they say in their ads , 2022 model, 11kms magnite brand new they giving 4 lakhs , they will waste your time worst customer service.

I hd gone through very horrible and unethical experience from.olx auto my Audi q7 car was inspected...then they told me that online auction will be done..after 24 hrs I called them ..they told that ur car was got auction price 5.78 lacs...I was shocked...their postal was showing value 14.5 lac..my car is in mint condition with insurance value of 19.5 lacs..they are just spoiled my time...totally fake people fake inspection..

I had an inspection done for my car for which I was been put round in circles and after a week inspection was done. Once this was done same day in the evening I got a call from their team stating that approx you'll get Rs 20-30k for your car and then the other person called me next day that amount is not fixed as there will be bidding on your car. Then the next day i got a call that the bidding for your car is not done and will be delayed. Today got a call stating that the bidding will not happen as your chasy number is not visible and the amount you'll get will be Rs 29k as it is a scrap car...The car is well maintained were the words of the inspection officer and the people sitting in the office told it is not good condition car....There is no coperation, no proper communication, no proper behaviour of the people as they will be rude, no proper price at all. Their tagline best price for your car is not at all right, infact their tagline should be worst price and worst satisfaction will give you. My humble request to all is that sell your car to local dealers rather than to this bunch of crap company.

Old autos person stole my navigation chip for inspection time

Horrible company 27 called from different numbers on a Sunday before 1pm.
This is harassment. The company should be shut down.

This app is dominated by touts and frauds. A request to everyone to never use this app for buying or selling. You may end up loosing your saving to the gang which hacks your account in the pretext of sending money to your account.

It has been the most terrifying experience of my life... Olx is cheat... Sold me a car of 200000+ km sayin it's 95000 kms driven and lookin at the brand I dint check with Mahindra and brought the car but when I went to service the car is when I understood the facts... They are cheat...

All the companies I called to inspect the car I wanted to sell called , coordinated and came in time to do the inspection.
Only OLX harassed me for 4 days with constant calls confirming the appointment and then finally when it came to the appointment, they did not show up.

I would not recommend them if you feel u respect your time , energy and piece of mind!

Big cheaters No management almost every staff member are trying is trying to get bribe from you I send money to their account after finalising the car now they are giving car to some other dealer from where they are getting better offer no words no policies at all

Just a ridiculous app, people should have filed FIR against these people..and of course, govt should take strict action on this serious issue..because so many people suffer from this. I will also file FIR against these people, this is not good, u guys taking money and not giving the product...

Discrimination, and does not post the ads for various reasons. More and more strange.
We posted a job ad in which we clearly explained what we need, and we were asked not to post ads that refer to sex and other sexual things. The announcement is for the Employment of Social Media Manager and Content Creator. Not yet for recruiting models or any of the reasons why the ad was deactivated. Instead, every time I tried to place the ad, it was refused, but the fee for the ad was stopped.
It really seems to me that they started to discriminate, especially when we have a 100% legal business and we pay taxes to the state like them.
At least I don't recommend it in any way

Tried to sell books here but ended up being victim of fraud loosing 12500/-. Had to file FIR against transaction. Why can't OLX authenticate users before joining ? this site is ridiculous in terms of trust

Olx is a Joke I posted two adds for Jobs to hire people.After I posted the add I received a call from the OLX customer service. They advised me to get a paid add. I gave them my address to come get the funds. I paid them and they lock my IP address out. Now I can’t get my add as well. It’s Fraud site the owners are fraud and the website is a Joke. Government should take this site down. I will send a complaint to the PM portal so they should stop the fraud app and arrest the owners. Three words come in my mind Scum Fraud and worthless. No one should ever work with them.
