This requires a bit of context, so please bear with me, as that context is important.
I have been an Oly customer for 6 months, and have had a great experience on all fronts thus far, until earlier this week....When I had the car serviced for its standard 60km service at a large, reputable car dealership here in MEL, and went to pay for the service with my Oly card, only for it to be declined (not through lack of funds, but due to a merchant error), meaning I had to pay out of pocket. Needless to say, I was a tad emotional when this happened, not because it was a busy service centre, or the fact I had to pay $540 out of my pocket when I had $$ on the Oly card…. but it was the fact that what Oly sold me on broke down.....
In saying all that. After venting on the phone while in the dealership (with some expletives, which I’m not proud of), the customer support team at Oly were nothing short of exceptional in terms of; their speed of response, their understanding of how agrieved I was, and through all of that, their OVER DELIVERY of a solution, well inside their stated response times.
Shout out firstly to Ketki, then Matthew from Oly Support who succintly explained why the merchant error occurred (outside of their scope).
I run a small business, so I understand the intrinsic value that every customer interaction can have (positive or negative!), and the way that the Oly team reacted to my issue was exceptional, and I can’t be more impressed by the way the team hustled to address my gripe.

Hi Oly staff, great help from Sonali Thakur. Found it difficult with the document password for signing, had to ask Oly settlements for more detail about the password. Oly staff worked quickly to get my lease agreement and finance settlement completed.

Approval was extremely quick and she handled everything with my employer and the car company so professionally. The app is also great to use and would definitely recommend this company for car leasing.

My leasing consultant Chloe was amazing. She responded promptly, calmly and was willing to go through all the information and process. She handled everything professionally and went out of her way to ensure a positive outcome for me.
However, when it came to the settlement team, the responsiveness decreased and caused some uncertainty about the timeframes, besides a last minute change in rates. Despite this, everything ultimately worked out as planned. I would definitely recommend Oly.
Keep in mind that this was the week before Christmas and car companies and customers were rushing to get their cars. This likely put a lot of pressure on the team but they managed very well.

First experience with novating a car. Chloe Van Unen couldnt have been more responsive, helpful or patient in guiding me through the process of novating my car. Really responsive and even called me back on her day off. The website and app are easy to follow and feel that the process could not have been better. Post car delivery I have been impressed with the support team and the time it takes to answer the phone. Will definitely use them for my next car.

This is my first leased car. I went through Oly, per our company policy. What a fabulous company. Chloe van Unen was my Consultant. Chloe was attentive, clear and very concise. Every question I had she answered and was very responsive to my follow up queries. I highly recommend using Chloe for her industry expertise and ability to explain everything in laymen's terms.

Post lease support and follow up to ensure the Oly App is working has been non-existent. The chat function in the App just goes around in circles then tells me to call a number.

Rhiana and Anjali from Oly have been extremely prompt, helpful and resourceful in helping me navigate some uncommon situations and surprises faced during the leasing process (arisen due to external factors). They surprised me with their speed and how easy they made everything for me. Delightful! A simple example is how Anjali wrote to me separately with a step by step guide on how to fill the document (this is over and above the canonical email templates which had the details). The empathy and ability to view the problem from a customer's POV were very evident throughout. Thank you!
