Good Customer Service, Average Tech
I found the service teams (Manula and Anjali) really helpful but the process is pretty messy. Felt like I authorised about 3 agreements and could never really tell where my application was in terms of progress.
Not dissatisfied but their tech leaves a lot of room for improvement.

I would give zero starts if I could
I would give zero starts if I could. Constant mistakes and I was transferred from Maxxia I believe in error. I have been left with a lease where no one can help me and I have no way to claim reimbursements. This is because Oly put me on a self managed lease. Pity my employer has never done this before or experienced a lease with Oly. They only dealt with Maxxia. This is a shit show and I am about to go to the ombudsman.
It would be appreciated if someone could call me and offer assistance as no one else can help apparently

Easy from start to finish
I was the guinea pig at my place of employment to look into novated lease companies, and decide who to use. From the website interface, to my first communication with Sonali, I knew Oly was the best choice amongst the others I had contacted. The support and communication was incredible. Sonali even helped source pricing of the vehicle, which ended up being the best deal I could get comparing too all fleet companies and direct with the dealers. Sonali had a trip planned during her dealings with me, bit made sure she got my file to a point where it was a clean handover to Amanda. Amanda's communication was brilliant, and when she went on maternity leave, it was handed over smoothly to Aman and Sonali was also there to communicate with me and my queries again. My employer had no problems, and the document signing has been seamless. Ordering and waiting for my brand new vehicle was a long process, but Oly stuck with it, handed my file over when required, and I was kept in the loop. Fair to say the Guinea pig is happy and we will be using Oly again at our workplace.

DON'T GO WITH OLY
From the moment I signed with Oly it has been a nightmare, I spend every week chasing outcomes. It took them months to set my account up, than they set up 2. I never got access to my own login or claim account. Finally, I terminated my role with my employer and it has been over a month with false promises and no finalisation of my account. With my car company chasing me directly for payment, but Oly have all of the funds. It is radio silence, no one knows what they are doing. It never got off the ground and now it is impossible to cancel.

Sonali was absolutely fantastic to deal with from the very first call. She was patient, responsive, and always took the time to address my multiple queries and calls. Her communication was proactive, clear, and timely throughout the entire process, and she was such a pleasure to work with — professional, personable, and genuinely helpful.

Doing a novated lease through Oly felt yuck
Doing a novated lease through Oly felt gross/being used. Not sure if that just the way novated leases are but it took so much effort going through the paperwork to figure out what the commission costs were that Oly was gaining, the financial provider was gaining and the dealer was making. Even if it costs more I would prefer know what all the costs were and what you were making off of me.

Outrageous
I changed jobs and filled out all the forms for the lease transfer and my employer did their part and nothing happened. It’s my second week with the new employer and it still hasn’t been sorted. I rang them numerous times and left messages and nobody cares to call me back to tell me what is going on. I’m behind with payments and don’t know what to do. Terrible customer service from their end. I hope they ring me after seeing this review as I’m out of ideas.

Oly provided a novated lease quote that was significantly better in value than other quotes I got for the same car. The customer service provided by the leasing consultant, Chloe van Unen, was outstanding; from quote to settlement, Chloe was fast, friendly and responsive.

Gus McIntyre and the settlement team were inconstant contact with throughout the process from the initial contact to delivery making it smooth and faultless. All request and changes made along the way to the vehicle was never an issue and they just made it happen.
Suttons point of contact was also helpful and there never any issues.
I would recommend Oly to others.
