the support emails weren’t bad, there was a response to my concern in about 24 hours but it was clear that there was actually no concern for my question because it didn’t answer my question at all. I just needed a way to track my order that I had been waiting on for 25 days, and instead they said “we are working our hardest to send out orders”. all I wanted was a way to track where my shoes were even if it was going to take 3 months. Then I responded repeating my question in a straight forward manner this time and I was then told that my order was sold out ???? so I had been waiting on a non existent package but no one was going to inform me? I had to message the customer service myself, there was no transparency or clarity in ANY form about my order. How does that even happen? I’m just baffled that a company could be so poor in service. I’m not upset that I don’t have my shoes, I’m not upset I waited a month with no information, I’m upset that my shoes I ordered were sold out and not coming but no one from the company told me that my package wasn’t coming or that I would be refunded. That is a company I do not want to be involved in and I will no longer try and support them. Now I get to find out if I do actually get refunded for my shoes like they said, but with the way they are running this website... I doubt it.

Do not and I repeat do not order from this company. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order. Their customer service is bull crap. They keep telling me to just be patient it'll come it was suppose came over a week ago. And they have bad attitudes. And they say I can't get a refund til 30 days of me not having my order. I'll be glad when this is over with. I'll NEVER order from them again.

Terrible customer service and fulfillment of order. Paid for shipping so order would be here for Xmas (13 days in advance) and still late! Had to scramble for last minute gift Xmas eve. Frustrating. Once product arrived only had one of two! Will NEVER do business with them again and warm any buyers!

Be aware that the return shipment cost will be on customer. Think twice before you buy it online because they don't let you return in store for the products you purchased online.

Terrible fulfillment and even worse customer service. They knowingly sent me a color other than the one I ordered (they were out of my color choice) and never provided the pre-paid return label they promised. I had to reverse the charges with my bank after multiple attempts to resolve this amicably, but received no responses.

I had never heard of Olympia Sports so before making an order I researched reviews and they were all terrible, lack of customer service and slow delivery. I had a little time before I needed my products and decided to take a chance. I placed the order on Nov 1st and was concerned when I didn't receive an email confirmation, but my package arrived by the end of the week on Nov 6th. Unfortunately I received the wrong size and emailed customer service even tho it was Friday evening (outside of M-F business hours). I was surprised to get a response that Saturday, Nadia was extremely helpful and had the correct size sent in a few days. I'm extremely happy with their customer service and shipping times. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing. Item has shipped over a month ago. Each day I track order the delivery date changes. This item has literally been all over the place. I could have walked to the store and back with my item by now. There is no customer service. They are blaming Covid. I have purchased many many things during covid and nothing has taken this long. My daughters field hockey season will end before that stick ever gets here.

I haven’t received my refund and it’s been 10 days.

Zero customer support, and I mean zero. Avoid online purchases!!!
