Amazing

It is how quick deposits and not only deposit but withdrawals are. Its simply amazing. I have not really had serious issues but damn support is so swift. It is superb. I just withdrew to take care of my school expenses and my account was deposited fast.

Artificial delays in making a deal

Hello everyone I trade on this platform, but I am confused by the delay in placing a deal. Support recommends all sorts of ways. But the problem is that I connected a brand new device with good internet. And the problem has remained, deals have been put on for a long time compared to Brent and Index. The only conclusion is that transactions are artificially placed for a long time. It was easier earlier. It's hard to trade with such delays. I hope these are temporary problems.

From really good to a little confusing

I have been using Olymp Trade 3 years or more. Until now, my experience have been great. Recently, I deposited on last November 27th and it doesn't appear yet. Support asked for proofs of payments like a screenshot, TXiD and the sender's address and I gave it all. First they said it could take 5 days to solve this issue and now, on the 7th day they said it could take up to 30 days. I'm very disappointed and mad, because I have heard from other users it is happening to them too, and I can't think other than the platform becoming a scam. If it isn't solved today I would move to another platform immediately.

Update: They finally made it up with the deposit (December 6th), I'm glad they are still reliable but the process was very stressful. Anything else I'm the platform is awesome.

My account was blocked for 6 months

My account was blocked for 6 months, they asked me for ID cards and verification of the card owner and after 6 months they blocked my account. If you are making a security system, apply this when loading money, the problem occurs only when withdrawing money for some reason.

What the hell

What the hell hapepned two weeks ago on the forex market. I knew that the presidential election would affect financial markets but not so much.
Many currencies against the dollar were unexpectedly weak and fell down by 4-5% percentages.
At least, I opened a few short positions but the sum of positions were not huge. I got some payouts up to 85%! I’m satisfied with my trading here!

I'm disappointed in what I experienced…

I'm disappointed in what I experienced here. I've been waiting for three weeks to get my pay, but they've refused to pay. They only want me to add more funds, which I am not going to do now they've closed my account. Please, run away from them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

I'm doing everything in reverse order :)

Guys, when I started studying trading conditions of this broker, I was so impressed that I opened trading account almost immediately! I was trading on a real account when I remembered that I forgot to check Olymptrade for security :)
I realized that I knew absolutely nothing about how reliable and secure this broker is. And so I carefully studied everything I could find.

Well, of the licenses, Olymptrade has only a FinaCOM license. Although it's considered one of the best by many traders. It has tools to protect and help traders. So it's of great importance, I guess...

USE THIS PLATFORM IF WILLING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY

I registered with Olymp trade couple of days back and made initial deposit of AED 90 and received AED 90.02 with which I trade the pair NZD/JPY risking AED 50 for 5 minutes and gained 13.90 and my total balance after the trade went to AED 103.92. Then I made another deposit of AED 300 which took my account to the total of AED 403.93 and logged out.

I then logged in after 2 days to trade but was shock to see that my balance was only AED 2.32, when I contacted the live chat support and was chatting with Amir to whom I explained everything and he requested couple of minutes to check. He reverted stating that I lost all the money because of loss trades and he shared the link where I can see the transactions. I was shocked to see that there were 2 transactions made when I was not even logged in. I told him that I did not made these 2 transactions while confirming that NZD/JPY was the only pair I traded.

While this conversation was going on I was logged out of my account and couldn’t log in again. The only message I get while try logging in is that my account has been blocked.

Olymp Trade,
1- Who made those 2 transactions?
2- Where is my money?
3- Your staff when not able to answer the query, do they just block the account?

I’m truly dissapointed with your platform and unprofessional behaviour of your staff. I need my money back else I will not hesitate to use whatever platform I can to post review.
