Great pair of comfy stylish shoes. Shame delivery was protracted.

BE WARNED: Olyndra London do not conform to what I understand to be standard UK trading practice on return of goods and reasonable levels of customer service. Here’s my experience.
I ordered a sweater from Olyndra on 6 June 2026 and received confirmation of receipt of the order by email that day. When it arrived (16 June) I found it was of poor quality; it was not the colour I ordered; it did not fit; and there was no branding or information about the fabric, its care or country of origin on the sweater itself.
I decided to return the product and ask for it to be replaced by the colour ordered and a larger size. In their online terms of service Olyndra state: “We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery and sent back promptly once approved.” You are, however, advised to contact them at a London email address before returning items. They claim a reply will be given within 48 hours to “assist you quickly and ensure your return is processed smoothly. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.”
I emailed as requested on 16 June and sent a reminder of 18 June (ie when I had not received the promised response within 48 hours). I have had no reply. There is no telephone number for contact. I have emailed them again but received no reply. I have, however, received many emails from Olyndra after 16 June trying to sell me various of their other products.
Given this experience I did some research on Olyndra, This is some of what I found.
Their London address is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX but I could not find this on their website and it is designated as a company involved in business and domestic software development. Their website and delivery packaging denotes the brand as Olyndra London but the website refers to a “London inspired label”. (My italics)
Their terms of service state:
“Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns, except where
applicable consumer protection laws require the merchant to cover such costs. (I think this would apply to them sending the wrong colour) Once your return request is approved, you will receive clear instructions on how to proceed with the return to:
4th Floor, Guangfuling Smart Technology Innovation Park
Xinbao 3rd Street, Dalang Town
Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China”
“Olyndra London is an international e-commerce business operating through a registered entity in Australia, supported by global logistics and fulfilment partners that enable the business to serve customers across multiple regions” but the Australian address “is the company’s registered business and administrative office…..It is not used for returns or product fulfilment.”
Under a heading of ‘Governing Law’ it states
“These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia for the resolution of any disputes.”
In other words, the product distribution (and address for returns) is in China and they are registered in Australia so as to trade under Australian consumer law.
I do not expect to recoup what I paid – I put that down to experience. But I take exception to companies who trade in the UK behaving in this way.

I very foolishly bought some shoes without checking Trust Pilot first 😫 The ad doesn't mention the utterly non-sensical writing on them. Just above the laces it says (and this is exactly the lettering):

Absolute tat. 100% plastic and they stink, I feel a proper fool for being taken in by the ad 😂 Do I bother trying to get a refund? Not sure I want to waste my time trying TBH

Lesson learned.

Do not buy from this Company. There is nothing “London” about them. They are in China not UK at all.
I ordered a pair of shoes, size 5.5. They are more like a size 6.5 or maybe 7. £28.00.
I requested an exchange, the company did respond but to say they don’t do exchanges. The return address is China, returns are only accepted if posted by tracked Royal Mail to the Chinese address. I took the parcel to see the cost at the Post Office - £27.00. The alternative offered was an instant 15% refund. £4.20.
So, I’m going to be £23.80 out of pocket if I ever do get even the 4.20.
They need to be more upfront that they are not in the UK.
I am going to contact BBC watchdog just to let them know about this false advertising.

Total crap. Product bears no resemblance to what is advertised. Do not buy anything from this Company, or you will be bitterly disappointed. You have been warned !!

Paid extra for priority dispatch - dispatch apparently confirmed within 24 hours on 21st June when website said "order ready". next tracking info said "in transit" on 28th June so taking a week for Yodel to pick it up. Latest on delivery is between "9th JUne and 5th July. No matter how good the product is when I get it I won't be using Olyndra again.

Have bought a few coats and I love them very lite weight but warm will buy more

Very disappointed that unable to contact customer services. Bought jacket in large size which should have been size 14 but was too small for even size 10 and if I want to return for different size I have to pay postage.

I will never shop on this site again

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Goods are of terrible quality, nothing like advertised. Website says full refund within a certain time. Contact to ask for refund and they counter with, gift that to a friend and we'll give you 80% store credit on your next order'! After a week no contact at all about refund. Absolute scam, spread the word

This company is an absolute scam, I just wish I’d looked at Trustpilot reviews first, before wasting thirty odd quid on their Chinese rubbish. The trousers I ordered looked nothing like the ones I received, which I have previously stated, but to add insult to injury, after requesting a 15% refund, which they acknowledged, I still didn’t receive it. After complaining, again, they said I’d have to take it up with my bank directly.

My only advice is avoid this company like the plague, and be wary of other advertisers on Facebook, as the advent of Ai makes scams even more believable.

Shoes far too wide. Tried to contact to organise return & refund.
Entered a period of ridiculous communication, they obviously didn't want the shoes back but didn't want to refund either. Didn't provide return address.
Then they just ignored me.
Terrible company.
Buyer beware.

I have sent 4 emails in recent weeks to your customer service.

Ordered a pair of trouser when arrived they looked nothing like the AI image they advertised.
Returned them 2 months ago yet still no refund.

Cardigan arrived looking nothing like the photos!!! Photos made it look premium material but the fabric it came in was cheap, poor quality synthetic stuff. Very misleading.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Products arrived but we're of extremely poor quality and very small in fitting. Return address was in China, so that explains a lot. They offered a partial refund of 15% which I refused. I sent the items back via Royal Mail International Tracked, at my own expense as per their instructions. Now, they are not responding to my emails even though I have provided all evidence of postage back to them. They are a sham company. They dress themselves as an English firm, alluding to bring UK based, but they are in fact a cheap inferior Chinese company that provide the most awful tat that you wouldn't buy in a back street market. Plus, they don't provide a refund contrary to what they might state. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

There is no customer service. No one has replied to my emails. I purchased two pairs of sporty orthopaedic shoes. They didn't even compare despite being same size. Not orthopedic in any sense and not in leather. Cheap copies of advertised products. I feel stupid and duped.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, what I received was nothing like the advertised pictures, there was no 'distressing' on the material and the fabric was so cheap. In addition the size was completely wrong (way too small) even after carefully selecting via the size guide. I cannot recommend this company at all. My comment was deleted off their facebook.

Great shoes, extremely comfortable, stylish and good value.
Highly recommended.
