Worst customer support ever. Please be aware that if you want a refund, you will have a VERY long wait. After 4 weeks and several e mails I am still waiting for my refund. The pathetic excuse that is sent out is something a child could have written.
I will NEVER buy from this company again and urge anyone thinking to place an order to think again and go elsewhere. Truly awful.

I was a huge fan to start with and bought the Inner Circle subscription but after loads of black items over the months, got fed up with lack of colours sent. My March box never showed and when I chased it, got a refund, no apology or explanation. My subsequent emails to customer services have been ignored which is the final straw. Really poor customer service :-(

If I could give them one star I would. I ordered jewellery from this website which stated they were made in UK. They are not. There was no confirmation of order, no tracking number and no-one to call to speak to personally. No answer when I emailed. In the end I had to resort to making an enquiry via Facebook when they answered immediately as I thought I was placing a new order! Once they have your money they do not appear to care about customer service/satisfaction thereafter. Curious given the "kind and compassionate" ethos that the company conveys.

Luxury Hemp Boyfriend Shirt - the shirt is of bad quality, not so comfortable, material is not the same as on the photo is - rough material, it is not soft and light material ...... I can send photo of my shirt, ......it is very expansive for that quality - I am disappointed

I bought one of their off shoulder sweaters in white, so disappointed! The worse quality item I have ever bought!! The stitching not even straight, the material so cheap and thin and the wording is already peeling off and I haven’t even wore it!! I can’t believe how they can sell such tack at the price they’re asking!!!! Disappointing to have had to pay £5 for p&p then again to return! Do not waste your money!

Oh so so disappointed with my MOST RECENT ORDER , still not received my item ??? Which was intended as a SPECIAL GIFT , now 12 days GONE , and realised they NOW HAVE AN INCORRECT POST CODE ????( even though X6 purchases to CORRECT ADDRESS ????? LOVE THE items this company produce , but shipping very very disappointing and still waiting for reply?????

Placed my order 14 calendar days ago and the purchase has not shipped. Asked for refunded on 2/21, and was advised by Om & Ah shipping label created and hope that I enjoy my purchase. As of this day 2/25, the purchase has still not made it to the Post Office. I have again asked for a refund. Beware of doing business with this company.

Wheter it is a T-shirt, sweater, pyjama... always great quality.

Ordered a number of times from this company. The first few orders were great and I was a huge fan of the clothing. However, I ordered the expensive Luna leggings (which I had been eyeing up for ages) and a white top at the beginning of December 2020 and unfortunately I wasn’t very impressed. The leggings were very flimsy and not very flattering and the top was so thin it was almost see through. I sent them back (which by the way is not free, you have to pay postage to return any items) and waited 4 weeks for a refund! I had to chase them three times and eventually they processed it. They didn’t apologise for the wait either. As a result I will no longer order anything from them as I don’t want to risk waiting 4 weeks if I need to send anything back. I honestly don’t think I would have got my refund if I hadn’t chased them so much. Such a shame as I was a huge fan before this.

Absolutely beautiful clothing and when there was a slight sizing problem it was dealt with promptly and efficiency by Lucy. Gradually adding more pieces to me wardrobe by selling some of my existing wardrobe. Very happy with this company.

Candles very expensive and do not give off scent. dont waste your money

Having reviewed them badly on 15th January I am pleased to say they have redeemed themselves and exchanged all items requested. Lucy in particular has been very good.
Normal service seems to be resumed! Well done

Placed an order on 12th January and a later one 5 days on received the later one still no sign of the earlier one have emailed twice no reply no update on when I can expect the original order dreadful customer service such a shame love the merchandise but zero customer service

Returned an unwanted christmas present at the start of January and have had to chase twice to ask where my refund is and on both occasions receive a generic email that my return is currently in quarantine at the sorting office - another company exploiting the current pandemic for crap service!! The same message has been sent to me on both occasions after chasing some 2 weeks apart but the same amount of personnel have covid.

Come on give me a break and just process the refund, rather than keeping my money in your bank account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once a return has been successfully received by us we have to wait a full 48 hours for the item to become COVID free. Our local Royal Mail depo has had 8 positive cases of covid within the sorting depo, so we have had to introduce very strict processes with returns. Once we have opened the return it will then take us up to 10 working days for returns to be processed .
We are sorry but due to the large amount of emails we are currently receiving due to the current situation of a restricted working team and safe distance working. We are not able to email each customer when their parcel arrives with us. Please be assured that we are dealing with your parcel and your refund will be sent as soon as possible.

When I received my second item from om and ah there was a slight problem. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Grace and Lucy far surpassing my expectations! I love both my sweat shirt and lounge suit, thank you.

I am a repeat customer and Inner Circle member. The quality and ethos of the clothing is true to the company ethos and comfy and stylish. Recently after a sizing issue, the customer service from Grace was superb and fast. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed - having looked at their shirts for so long, my husband ordered me one for Christmas and was sent the wrong size - no response to emails and no contact number. The shirt is very scratchy despite being gently washed and the writing on the lapel is so low you cannot see it! Furthermore the writing has come off! I will be waiting to see if anyone gets in touch with me in response as I need to return it but so far their customer service has been appalling.

Received my order within a few days, items as described. The order was sent in recyclable packaging which is fantastic, no plastic like many other companies. I’m really pleased with the items and will happily use Om & Ah again!

After a longer than usual shipping period (lockdown is used by everyone as an excuse these days), a wrong product (sweatshirt instead of a tee that I ordered) was delivered to me and the size of another tee was way too big (M looks more like XL!). I immediately contacted the brand, but I only got their response after several days (btw, there is no phone number to call on the website!). It was a generic, useless response telling me to return the product and informing me that it takes additional 10 days to process (+ shipping). No way am I paying postage to return a wrong order when the mistake was not on my part!!! The tees were meant as Christmas gifts so by then it would be too late for that anyway even though I ordered them way ahead. Eventually, the brand offered to send me the correct tee, which is pointless now, with their shipping period so long. I am not satisfied with the approach and really did not expect this. I really hope that there will be more luck with the next customer.
