School of Aesthetics has been outstanding! The courses were comprehensive and well-structured, the instructors highly knowledgeable, and the overall learning experience exceeded my expectations. Communication was prompt and professional, and I felt well supported throughout. I gained practical, applicable skills and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to further their aesthetic education.

I’m currently in the process of taking this company to court. They are refusing to give me a refund to a course they failed to deliver 5 different times from June till October they cancelled the day before many times and just took the money and stopped responding. They also record calls without your permission so I will be reporting that to gdpr.

Couldn’t recommend Ombré School ofAesthetics less. Hugely disappointed and let down with the whole experience. This company is a SCAM!!

The course was not at all delivered as advertised. You are sold the dream of “hands on practise” as well as theory. Throughout the course I got no hands on experience at all of:
- any dermal fillers - no lips, smile lines, etc
- under eye polynucleotides
- polynucleotide neck
- micro needling
- B12 or Biotin injections

For all of the above, I didn’t even have the option of practising on a dummy face. I didn’t even get to hold any of the needle of equipment for any of these treatments. However, I am apparently not “fully quailed and insurable” in all of these aspects.

As a next step, as Ombre has not been responding to any of our concerns we are going to report our experience to the insurer, as well as the CPD which “accredit” their qualification. Most people in our cohort hadn’t even done the coursework and there was no check done on this at all.

The course feels rushed in 3 days. There are so many much better providers on the market.

Communication from Ombré is terrible. They reach out loads until the moment you pay a deposit they completely forget to respond to you. I formally complained over 2 weeks ago and, like many others from the cohort, have heard absolutely no updates back. We are going to proceed with a legal claim as the course has not been delivered as advertised or outlined to us.

Ombré is a complete scam - please please save your money and don’t fall foul to the trap we have experienced. It’s hugely dangerous to falsely “qualify” people with 0 hands on experience is dangerous treatments.

Basic course content (I.e. wash your hands between patients) wasn’t even mentioned once. The course is completely negligent!

DO NOT BUY!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. The admin is useless and only cares about taking your money then she never answers you after that. My course was rescheduled numerous times and would only be told the day prior. The course content and tutoring provided was sub standard. Attempting to get my money back as this company has also had their licence suspended by the qualification governing board which is CPD

The course content was thorough, hands-on, and delivered by knowledgeable educators who genuinely care. I especially loved the small group setting and the ongoing mentorship even after completing the course.
