I have asked, in November 2024, for help with issues with Australian Post. Case is still open as all parties just ignore all. It is the way we are supported ? ignore is the action? Numerous times I have sent email to request its progress .. well you can guess. It is second complain in years, and last time the issue has been treated better way, just calls, never anything on paper. the issue has returned later, and cost me lots of money and time, needed to do collection of my deliveries from Post Office on. Service has improved, but no compensation, as AP does not compensate and I have nothing on paper, either apology and insurance of delivery to my house. So why we have Ombudsman ? why wasted tax money on service which is ignoring you and does not help you .. John, Monbulk
